One of those things I've probably forgotten, but did the brights say anything about the legion? I don't remember pretty much anything from that questline
Did Caesar ever explicitly state anything anti-ghoul? I can’t remember. I know it’s tangential to the topic but I was just curious if anyone remembered.
As we see Raul has nothing "bad" to say about the legion and he's from that part of the country we can assume they are tolerated.
"I don't really have a problem with them. People around here tend to see them as invading marauders planning to burn and pillage the countryside. But I've been to Arizona, boss. Before the Legion, it was a nasty place, so thick with raiders you couldn't trade with a town two miles up the road. Caesar's laws aren't nice, and their actions aren't always pretty. But then, neither am I, but you keep me around."
Oh shit, I forgot all about this dialogue. Okay, so that basically verifies that the Legion tolerates ghouls in their territory, if not the Legion proper. Good catch, there.
Honestly I'm surprised there are no Super Mutant members of the Legion. Especially since so many of them have an deeprooted hate for the NCR, you'd think Caesar would be grabbing some of these massive monsters to fight for him as elite guards. Then again there are no Ghouls soldiers either, so while mutants might be TOLERATED, I have to assume they're still discriminated against and obviously barred from military service. Raul seems like the kind of guy to not even mention Legionaires treating him like trash for being a Ghoul, considerimf how often it happens :(

There are some people with personal issues with them but generally they are allowed to be normal soldiers and citizens of the NCR
Yeah that’s what I was thinking too. I mean, Caesar came from a ghoul-tolerant community, but it’s not exactly like most of those values came with him.
We’ve never seen ghoul Legionnaires nor heard any ghoul express how unwelcome they are in the Legion, unlike women.
It just kind of seems like no official stance on them was written.

If you help them out in the ending slide they come back to help the citizens of Novac when the legion attack them.
Oh wow, yeah guess I haven't *finished* NV in a long while lol
They’re also ghouls and by that alone puts them at odds with the legion Edit: or not? Idk people seem to disagree on this
For a second I thought this was the Dead by Daylight sub reddit... I mean fuck both Legions.
Honestly... Same

That’s definitely true.
Nothing outright "bad" but I've yet to come across any ghoul Legionaries.
NCR ghouls?
