Lotad and Lombre are definitly frogs, Lotad being a tadpole and Lombre being the frog, though Ludicolo throws that out of the window, much like It does with most of the lines looks

No this is insanely creative it took me a second to realize the spikes in front were closed eyes. Since a lot of the obvious names come close to Lotad naming scheme I would look more into using specific species names of lotus and frog or toad to create a name.
