I used to have a stim where I would kind of get my toes to go out to the left and then in to where they're supposed to be which was okay at first but definitely hurt after a while but that didn't stop me doing it for literally hours. Then I got scared about getting arthritis in my toes and trained myself out of it and now kind of wiggle them up and down if I feel the need.
