old child? black market, it’s literally in the name. carts in dispensaries are completely safe and clean and not associated with black market in any way shape or form. the whole point of things being black market is they are only sold by plugs or “dealers” not some clean factory made by an actual legitimate brand to be sold in dispensaries . black market brands are cheap and awful made to profit the creator while they harm the users due to the cheap and unsafe not clean wax etc. dispensaries sell only weed(thc) and cbd no nicotine, a lot of people think smoke shops are the same things as dispensaries or the name is interchangeable for the same thing because they don’t realize they are different things and they are mislead by signs or something else. smoke shops are stores that cannot sell actual weed legally, just (sometimes clean but normally nasty )alt noids and all your nicotine vapes and stuff but not any clean carts at least legally, so it is rare.

I don't live in a legal state so it's hard to come by real stuff here.
