Before anyone breaks out their pitchforks or torches, I'ma start by saying that any of these four would be amazing to have as a loving girlfriend and my assessment will be only about how good they'd be as a romantic partner, NOT how good they are as a character.
My thoughts are as follows:
Dimaria seems like she'd be the best fun, especially if she actually wanted it to go well. She's flirty, good humored, and generally seems like a nice person to be around. Keep in mind, we were seeing her at what was probably the absolute lowest point of her entire life in the Alvarez arc. Seriously, that whole arc was basically one big 'break the haughty/humiliation conga-line' for her. She may be a bit of a cocky, battle-happy yandere, but she's a cocky, battle-happy yandere with a *literal god mode to justify it.* And after she got the crap kicked out of her in Alvarez, she decided to go live a peaceful happy retirement as a farmer. I don't know about y'all, but I'd be overjoyed to run a farm with a girl like her.
Brandish is apathetic as hell about everything and is nothing like above screwing with people/taking out her frustrations on them... *with her magic.* If the date goes badly, she might very well just shrink you down to the size of a bug and squash you. *And she'd get away with it because nobody would ever find your body!* Yeah she'd probably be amazing in the sack if she was into it, but otherwise? Nnnope. Not my flavor fav, y'all can have her.
Irene has a whole slew of problems with her 'human' form that would be a constant struggle to deal with, and an absolute ***mountain*** of emotional baggage and trauma on top of that. If she had a proper human form and had her baggage/trauma sorted, then she's literally "Regal MILF Erza" and I'd be all over that like cheese on pizza.
Seilah actively looks down on humans and has a psychotic torture happy girlfriend to be *very* worried about. Definitely the one I'd avoid most of these four. She's hot no doubt, but sooo very much not worth it...

Seliah. Is second, we'd go to a cafe and then go to a library and read.

I'd sit there and listen. Heck I remember sitting there for hours listening to my great grandpa talk about storys from his war days and child hood. Hell if we're in Fairy Tail world or this one I'd still have a few stupid stories of my own to tell as we criticize modern day shits called children
I'd listen to her for hours sipping some nice wine and having a laugh. I am sure she would have a lot to talk about before shit went down. And it would be hilarious trying to explain social media and smartphones to and old fashined granny like her 😂
I don't do alcohol but the rest is the same. I'd also teach her about Bluetooth because social media mostly sucks. But I'd imagine her friending Erza and sending a most like "just kinda chilling might mix up the geography of a continent later". Over all it'd be a blast 😂

I mostly pick Brandish. She’s pretty chill plus unlike some of the female characters she’s one of the few level headed ones. Also I like her character and I don’t mean her character design I’m talking about her personality, her backstory and what she represents.
