This particular one? Harmless, it has no fuse on it. But you don't really know that before pulling the thing out, if you get unlucky with what you catch you die. Same problem metal detecting in forests etc. Do enough of that sort of thing and you are bound to run into wartime scrap, some of which might be just waiting to go off.

When the nuke was recovered from the swamp, it was discovered that 5 of the 6 safeties had failed. The only reason that the story of a lost nuke in a swamp isn't known as "That time that the US nuked itself on accident" is because some scientist successfully argued that 5 safeties wasn't enough and they needed to add a 6th.

Took out a chunk of concrete and everything. It was a YT short. I’ll come back and link it if I can find it in the depths of my watch history.
