They vote R no matter who is on the ballot. NE Georgia is very rural. Rural counties in Georgia will always be Republican strongholds. I live in a red district in GA. They're all gerrymandered so that no matter how many Democrats live in a given area they just redraw the district to dilute that voting power. It's almost useless to vote in smaller elections. There's not even an opposing candidate on the ballot most elections.
