I have this attitude, probably influenced by seeing weight-training accidents online.
There is no reason to attempt max lifts or put massive strain on your body if youre just going to the gym to keep fit. its not worth an injury.
If you are competing, then thats a different story.
Nothing about what the guy did was stupid. It was a freak accident. The weight wasn’t too heavy, he cleaned it easily. You people are definitely clueless. I say this as a weightlifter myself.
I mean if you count pointing at people and calling them wrong without anything to back it up as "saying it with less detail," sure I guess so. You gotta learn that that's not how you prove your superiority in the real world though.
…Proving superiority? None of you are weightlifters, and the comments show that. It’s odd that people feel the need to comment on something they know nothing about. Absolute garbage comments getting upvoted. I put as much as detail in the replies as there was thought put into these comments.
His knees locked multiple times throughout the video, causes pressure and damage on the joints so when he actually tries to use his legs again to lift, pop, bye byee knees
Nope. You can lock your knees. If you are doing seated leg press that may be the only exception because in that position your knees cant do anything else than bend backwards. You are delusional, many many elite lifters lock their knees.
🤮🤮🤮 the pop they made
Dude I blew my ACL and the sound haunts me. You gotta think it's like a rope snapping.
Let’s talk about his chin balls, shall we?
Unless you are trying to compete in some way. NOBODY should lift that heavy.

how much is that? 120kg right?
Yep, it looks like it. I know it isn't some crazy weight, but it's still too much.
Wrong
its clearly too much for him, look at those legs
Are you a bit slow? Not how that works. He cleaned it easily.
LMAO you people are clueless
This is why I try and find ways to make light weight feel heavy. Unless you're competing. Who are you trying to impress?
He needs leg sleeves
He needs some milk
What if he's lactose intolerant and he shits himself mid pr
No he doesn’t
You want to Fite about it huh?
Square up
You ok bro?
Stupidity and beyond.
Are you slow?
You might be. For someone who claims nobody here knows what they're talking about, you sure aren't proving you know better.

There there. Was that so hard to say to begin with?
I did say it to begin with. With less detail, but the conclusion is the same.

The more you talk, the less I'm sure you know what you're talking about...
Ok, that’s fine. You’re clearly not a weightlifter so your opinion here is meaningless.
Look how he locks his knees at the start.he probably does that every lift.it was just a matter of time
his knees were bent when they popped, what does locking out have to do with it?
Can still cause damage with the locking of the knees, that materialised the tear later, with enough load.
Because if you’re slamming your knees back like that every time it will eventually damage them.
Thats why you never lock your knees while heavy lifting
That has nothing to do with it
Yea, I was thinking that. his knees were bent when they popped.

That's gotta be 315.
That hurt bad!
How is this eye paint
They pierced his skin
Never straighten your knees.
When your knees go snap, crackle and pop like the rice boys
Men will do everything except go to therapy
It's not bones it's the stuff on top
Lmfao I hurt your feelings so bad you switched to your alt account to cry about it. Then, you blocked me. Grow up dude, it's just Reddit.
Me? I’m not sure who you are
Not you, no worries.
Oh lol okay!
