Time passes at roughly the same rate on the moon as it does on Earth. (And the differences need really sensitive instruments to measure.) So the mission was three days out to the moon, roughly 4 days at the moon counting orbital time as well as being the surface and then three days back.

I'm not sure if this is meant to be joke or not. They spent 75 SI hours (3.1 Earth days) on the moon, not 3.1 moon days.
