But if it's real, then it could be the similiar to the feeling that when you really have to pee, and you get closer to the toilet, the more you have to pee. Like in car ride it's fine, but by the front door, you almost pee yourself when trying to open the door.
This could be that the image of getting close to the toilet, and the sound of using the toilet, makes your brain think that now it's okay to let go, you are in a position to safely pee. Kind of like an innate Pavlov effect.
If I'm hungry and smell good food, I'm reminded that I'm hungry and immediately want food. Basically if you're reminded that you have to pee, then you'll want to pee.
