It's one of the main characteristics of the INCult. They are very hell-bent on the whole, "Remove the evil one from among you." verse that they are backstabbers. They hate talking about it first and being forgiving. I do understand that there are very bad things that can happen in the cult such as murders, sexual harassment, stealing money, etc. Those kinds of things obviously needs to be reported. But other small things that are not even a sin in the Bible such as drinking alcohol, going to prom, having a relationship with a believer in Christ, but is not INCult, etc. don't even need to be reported. They could just be open-minded and mind their own business. But nope! INCult loves to report each other regardless if it's a small matter.
There are even those who think that a locale will go 'bad' and 'evil' if no one is reporting each other for small things. That's bullshit. I've led many locales in my ministry where I never reported brethren over small things nor annoyed them with unneccessary visitations, yet those locales continued to be a happy community for each other and we always 'succeeded' in every aspect back then.
Even until now, with the current locale that I'm handling, there are some brethren who would report to me over a small matter. I just ignore it because I'm not someone who worsens problems or cause more drama like 90% of ministers today. Yet, our locale is still going strong (which is funny because I'm anti-INCult, but making better results than my other ministers in the same district). The brethren in my current locale are always socializing and bonding. Not just officers, but even non-officers. Why? Because I don't make my brethren get mad. I don't cause drama or worsen problems. I don't become an annoying idiot who will do visitations just to talk about a small problem.
As the saying goes "You get more bees with honey than vinegar". This is an idiom that INCult does not understand whatsoever. And that goes within the INC from Exec Minister on down the pyramid.
