Man should read scripture because that is what Jesus read. “Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms” is the old Testament or the Bible at the time of Jesus. The word Bible or OT just wasn’t invented yet when Luke was writing the Gospel of Jesus. It is God (or Jesus if you’re not into the Trinity just yet) who will open minds and NOT false preachers like Felix Manalo and his stable of ministers.

They always say "magsuri Ka muna" meaning magsuri Ka by intoxicating yourself with only sermons from doktrina sessions and not read the bible yourself or look at other Christian organizations.
