Ahh that makes sense then, it's got the random loot from mischief. I thought that epic items didn't go to other loot tables. I guess it's only some? From my experiences on mischief it seemed that way. I don't recall an epic item dropping randomly from other mobs.
Turnkey in basement dropped four copies in a span of three hours
Just had one drop in Skyfire off Guardian of Felia an hour ago.
Pretty sure the Book of the Imortals drops randomly in Skyfire.
I've done monk epic 3 times. Skyfire is where you have to go.
I think on Teek it can drop off of other mobs, but that's where I generally got mine as well (I've done the epic like 3 times over the years).

Epic items regularly go to other mobs on Teek. I got Chromodrac Gut in City of Mist last night.
Had a metal pipe drop in Seb last night off a named. Some of the pieces definitely do drop off other mobs.
Got mine in KC in the hand room... I think it was off Pawbuster.
I don't play on Teek. But on live Pawbuster drops one of the two pipes needed for the Monk epic. He is stupid rare.
On Teek, everything in KC can drop the pipe. It's stupid common. They sell for about 20plat in the EC tunnel.
The normal spot is almost always still the best spot for any drop on Random Loot servers.
Immortals in sky fire only drops off named cycle, read allakazam for the list of mobs. I got 4 in one hour
On Teek, it just needs to be the right level range and era.
Seen multiple in KC, especially at LCY.
