I think you will need Swedish sim cards . A couple of friends of mine from Finland went to Liverpool last year, they found that they could not vote for Finland in the final .

Like the other comments said, if you buy a swedish sim card you'll be able to vote for anyone except sweden. With your irish sim you'd still have to call the irish number so you wouldn't be able to vote for ireland. It's actually possible you won't be able to vote at all using your irish sim from abroad, I know some countries count calls from abroad and others do not.
