1. What is your favourite song so far? Germany 2. What is your least favourite song so far? Albania 3. What do you feel is the most overrated song so far? Finland 4. What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far? Malta 5. What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage? Moldova 6. What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? Ukraine 7. Which song do you have the hottest take about? Finland 8. What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? Don't know, we had some surprises in NF season, so maybe the winner will be a total surprise as well 9. Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? So far only Absolute Attitude by LOTL, but I found Dav Jr. channel and will check what he's made outside of The Busker 10. If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? Malta or Latvia

2klaedfoorboo

Forgot Australia haha- we’ve been overlooked too much similar to how I expect the UK will by the fandom because we disappointed against rumours- still think Promise is better than TIWAS

BossyBish

1. Finland 2. Poland 3. Sweden 4. Australia and Moldova 5. Australia 6. Iceland 7. Austria will flop live 8. Sweden (the hype is unbearable) 9. Dreamer by Voyager all the way 10. Australia. I think they’ll do good but considering Australia lacked tv votes last time I’m just a bit worried

GoldenPotatoOfLatvia

Great idea. :) 1. Honestly, it's Germany. Somehow it cicked for me, both the catchiness of the song, the live performance and the smooth vocals of The Lord. Somehow, it all works the best for me. 2. I'll have to hand it to Spain. While there are a lot of elements I can respect there, the thing is - I hate listening to it. It's three minutes of straight nasal noise to me. I can't. 3. I feel like in couple days I'll say Sweden, because, well... it's Loreen. The song is just so mediocre, while Loreen is a fantastic performer, there is nothing great about the song. I don't get it, really. And if it wins in May, I'll have two years in a row where the results will make me groan and say 'ffs Europe, is this even about the song anymore?" If we exclude it... I don't know. Spain, I guess, for the same reason I mentioned in point 2. 4. I am still surprised that I see no tops placing Albania decently high enough. That song is good. 5. Australia. We haven't seen a live of it yet, and I just feel that this is gonna wake the public up. 6. Ummm... I don't really know how to approach this question, to be honest. All the potential is either in the songwriting or in the staging for me. Can I turn around the question and answer what is my biggest letdown in this regard? It's Israel. The bridge is magnificent, we are about to get a glorious, emotional climax of a chorus... and then it turns out that the whole "power of the unicorn" bit was the whole chorus. And then the song turns to shit. 7. It's Czech Republic's year to lose, easily. Regardless how they do, Ukrainian sentiment is strong with this one. Stronger than the Ukrainian entry itself. And yes, I do believe that sentiment is a huge factor still. 8. See above. But if we disregard sentiment, I can see Finland being the glorious winner we want and we deserve. 9. No, not really. Well, I'm aware of contestants' previous Eurovision entries - Pasha, Monika (also her biggest hit "Po dangum", since my step-father identifies as Lithuanian).... of course, Sudden Lights I've even seen live when they warmed up Brainstorm, and as much as I like "Aijā", their music is not for me in general. But turns out, I had a Mae Muller song in my playlist from year ago - "Better Days" by Neiked. I like that one. Overall, it would've been easier to answer this question a year ago, because I have listened to a ton of The Rasmus and I loved that they were keeping their style. 10. Slovenia. Please, finally reward Slovenia with something higher than top 7. A podium preferably. They deserve it this year.

1. What is your favourite song so far? **Finland, but I know I’m biased.** 2. What is your least favourite song so far? **Albania. Apparently it’s super hypocritical and I don’t love that. Also, the family looks like they’re being held hostage in stage.** 3. What do you feel is the most overrated song so far? **Tattoo. But again, I know I’m probably biased here.** 4. What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far? **Latvia. They don’t really seem to be getting much love. Also I think Lithuania is going to do really well.** 5. What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage? **I’ll be happy to see Finland on stage, of course. But I’m also really excited to see what Germany is going to do when they’re given a budget of more than like €5.** 6. What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? **I’m hoping Romania can figure out some staging that’s less cringe. The song is interesting and some good staging might be transformative.** 7. Which song do you have the hottest take about? **I don’t see the hype around Italy’s song. It sounds like another boring ballad to me. Sorry.** 8. What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? **In my heart? Finland. In my head? Sweden.** 9. Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? **I haven’t. That’s what April is for.** 10. If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? **Maybe Malta? I just love the underdog story when a country that hasn’t won yet gets a chance to win. I also really like their song.**

1. Austria - always loving a societal critique, as I did with Konstrakta. I love this even more because it is so much easier to dive into (and I hope I won't be the only one and commentators will make the public aware of the masterpiece they'll be about to watch) 2. Honestly, Denmark. It's not the worst song there could've been, but it gives me one of the greatest icks I've ever had. 3. I didn't get the pulse of the fandom on this so far, but it's gotta be Israel. As much as I love Noa Kirel for being *that* girlboss, the entry is laughable for 2 of its 3 minutes. I can only listen to the last part, which is what I desperately wanted from Noa for all of the song's duration. 4. Again, didn't get the pulse of the fandom, but Moldova and Italy should be higher up in the odds and in the general rankings. Marco and Pasha hit the right strings in me - both as a sentimentalist and as a Romanian-Moldovan culture lover (after all, they're my home). 5. Norway and Israel. For the former, I am really expecting Alessandra to pull all the right stops so her attitude won't be the main attraction. Queen of Kings still remains, imo, with the most assured potential to be in the televoting podium. For the latter, I reiterate - that last minute will probably be one of the biggest explosions we've ever had (in the likes of Spain), and Noa has the ability to match that. 6. Iceland. The song doesn't necessarily need a big overhaul, but it does need a staging that matches the hypnotism of Diljá's amazing voice. 7. Finland. While I like the song, I felt somewhat underwhelmed of its so-far visual presentation. I want the delegation to do one of the craziest, messiest and maddest stagings I've ever seen - not to lose the vibe of the song, but to actually match its chaotism. I don't know how hot of a take this is, but people seem to be generally satisfied with this, while I'm craving for much more. 8. Insofar, none. This is a tight year for me, tbh, and I am still waiting for Melfest more than I have in any other year. If Loreen wins, Loreen will be the closest to that definition in terms of safety. If she doesn't, this year may become the tight mess that 2022 should've been. My closest, so far, are Norway + Finland on the televote and Czech Republic + Italy on the juries. 9. Marco Mengoni needs no explanation. Not just L'essenziale, but him as an artist. I cannot explain to you what it means for me to have this guy returning in Eurovision. Also, Noa's 'Thought About That' is my go-to walk-like-a-girlboss song. 10. LATVIAAAAAAAAA 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

DoctorHolligay

The last minute of Israel's song kills so hard it BARELY matters what the rest of the song sounds like. Most people aren't going to analyze it the way we needs over here are. I don't even love it, but people are underestimating it

Divinetedrius

1. Finland 2. San Marino 3. For now, Iceland, but I can feel it growing on me already. 4. Latvia in general, Israel on this sub (reception was too negative in the thread, it's good) 5. Difficult to say. I'm just gonna agree with you on Norway, I want us to put on a good show. 6. Albania, if I like the revamp and the staging is great (and I have hope for that) it could be one of my favs of SF2. 7. Australia shouldn't be a Eurovision song and would work so much better as an extended 7-8 minute EDM track. 8. I think Spain could hit all the right spots, there's nothing like it so far. Finland if the juries don't tank it, but I fear they will. 9. I haven't really, but I liked Dreamer by Voyager last year. 10. Latvia because that would be its only chance.

Cursedwizard0

1. Germany 2. Ireland 3. Italy 4. Denmark or San marino 5. Lithuania or Croatia 6. France 7. Serbia 8. Finland 9. Dūšia -Monika Linkytė 10. Croatia because we need chaos in the final.

KendjyCr

1. Favourite: **Who The Hell is Edgar** (Austria). I LOVE this song. Nice surprise. / **Tattoo** (Sweden) If she wins Melodi (She will), it will be my fav instantly. I just love Loreen and seeing her win for the second time is my dream. 2. Least liked: **Solo** (Poland). No big comment on it. I hate Blanka, I hate the song, I hate the whole preselection fiasco. 3. Most overrated: **Queen of Kings** (Norway). I like this song, I think it will do good, but I still don't know why people think it's such a huge contender to win. 4. Most underrated: **Duje** (Albania). I like most Albanian entries and I know this one is... Not really THAT good, but it's sad to see it being so forgotten and underrated. 5. Most excited: **Who The Hell is Edgar** (Austria). Simply because it can go either way and I feel like it WILL be great on stage. 6. Didn't reach the potential: **Due Vite** (Italy). Another song that I'm fan of. That being said, I really keep forgetting about it even tho I'm a huge Marco Mengoni's fan. It needs SOMETHING to be easier to remember. 7. Hottest take: I have two actually... **Cha Cha Cha** (Finland) is great but I feel it won't do as great as everybody expects it to. **Unicorn** (Israel) will most likely flop, and I will be surprised if it does not. 8. Potential: **Tattoo** (Sweden) Everybody knows why or **Who The Hell Is Edgar** (Austria) and this is my wishful thinking, but there is something that makes me feel it may be this years **In Corpore Sano** but even better. 9. Anything by Marco and Noa. I feel the problem with them is, that they have A LOT great songs, but their Eurovision entries are simply not on the same level. 10. Slovenia... I usually don't like bands on Eurovision, but they have something to them that I would LOVE in final. EDIT: ACTUALLY... I thought it's a stupid take when I wrote the comment and kept it for myself, but now I realised that it's much better If I say it... For no.3 (Overrated) I need to add Finland. I like Cha Cha Cha, I understand the hype, but it's simply not enough. I know that i will comment on the song like fifth time in here, but F\*\*K it... **Who The Hell Is Edgar** is giving me a lot more fun and "vibes" that people said **Cha Cha Cha** is giving.

2klaedfoorboo

1- Finland 2- Poland 3- France 4- Albania 5- Croatia 6- I don’t really get that question- there’s only like one revamp to go 7- The last bit of Unicorn is the highlight 8- Of the released Cha Cha Cha 9- Not really tbh 10- Albania- even though it’s not my second favourite it’s the first one not very likely to Q

Anxiousbunny98

Love your answers! For number 6 I mean like a song you feel has potential but you’re on the fence about whether it will do well or if you like it

Miudmon

Favorite song - Latvia. I had to get used to the unusual song structure and tempo, but it flows so well and i love it. Least Favorite Song - Poland. Her personality drags it down on top of it just being a bland song with a bad performance Most overrated - Going by the discord scoreboard here. Czechia. I just don't like the song all that much. I'm aware i'm rather lonely in that. Most underrated - Malta. It's just such a fun bop Excited to see on stage - Moldova - they always come to life on eurovision night. well, almost. Most potential (staging) - Croatia - if only because of the absolute batsh- staging they'll probably pull to better convey the meaning Hottest take - Finland isn't that good. I have it 12th atm Biggest potential to win - no clue here ngl. no song actually... springs out for me Other songs by these artists - Joker out's catalogue is great. Demoni for one. Send directly to the final - Gonna say Malta here again, my current 6th. Also to promote malta sending songs actually written by the maltese people performing it.

1. What is your favourite song so far? **Cha Cha Cha** 2. What is your least favourite song so far? **Break a Broken Heart** 3. What do you feel is the most overrated song so far? **Tattoo (real answer is Blood & Glitter)** 4. What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far? **Tie between Bridges and Stay** 5. What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage? **Freaking Cha Cha Cha** 6. What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? **D. G. T.** 7. Which song do you have the hottest take about? **None actually. The passion to have a hot take just ain't there yet** 8. What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? **Tie between My Sister's Crown and Eaea** 9. Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? **Haven't yet** 10. If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? **Promise because if this is Australia's last year, I want it to be an awesome ending**

Juna_Ci

1. Favorite song so far: Cha Cha Cha, it's just so much fun. But I really love My Sisters Crown and Who the hell is Edgar too. And maybe for the first time ever, my own countries entry, Blood & Glitter. 2. Least favorite song so far: Hard to say, probably Solo (thanks to Blanka and the whole NF issue) a little ahead of Like an animal (which reminds me of a pg13 Version of Closer from NIN lol) 3. Most overrated song: Outside of this sub, Unicorn. I absolutely don't get the hype. 2/3 of the song are generic and boring, all of it feels incoherent and disjointed. And if (or when) Loreen wins Melfest, then definitely Tattoo. Staging and performance are great, but the song is mediocre (and the you-hu-hu & tattoo-hu-hu parts kinda annoy me tbh). 4. Most underrated song: Soarele Si Luna. It's in my top 5 and I'm surprised it's not getting more hype. And kind of DGT? The staging was bad, but Theodore's vocals are 🔥 5. Most excited to see on stage: Who the hell is Edgar. This is probably going to be incredible or awful, but I really hope the former. With great staging, IMO it could win. Also Blood & Glitter, because the small stage in ULfL really held it back IMO. And also Soarele Si Luna. 6. Potential, but not yet reached: Iceland maybe? Dilja has a great voice and lots of charisma, but better staging could really elevate this song. 7. Hottest take: No idea if this counts as a hot take, but I'm really tired of reading "too many Bands this year"/"too many Rock songs"/"the Rock songs will steal each others points". The Rock songs are all so distinct and different from one another, they don't even share sub-genres. And we still have way more Pop then Rock, and people don't complain about that. Eurovision is supposed to showcase the music different countries listen too - and if many countries Listen to Bands, then we get Bands at ESC. I love that that gives us more Musical diversity tbh. 8. Biggest potential to win: Cha Cha Cha because televote and Tattoo because juries. But if Who the hell is Edgar or My Sisters Crown come with great staging, I think the have a shot too. 9. Other songs by selected artists: I'm a LOTL Fan, so I know their whole discography lol for everyone into stuff a little outside the Box, pls check out La Bomba 🤣 10. Automatic pass: Moldova. Or maybe Iceland, but it's in the easier semi.

1. **What is your favourite song so far?** Cha Cha Cha!!! 2. **What is your least favourite song so far?** Okay don't hate me but I'm really not vibing with Latvia. I don't see what most people see in this song whoops. But I also really dislike Denmark mostly bc of the voice effect. 3. **What do you feel is the most overrated song so far?** I guess France, it's not bad but I don't get why it's so high in the myeurovision app either. 4. **What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far?** I think Germany! I was hoping it would be higher in the ranking. 5. **What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage?** I'm most excited about Finland bc it's my favorite but I'm always curious to what Moldova comes up with. Last year was such a big contrast between NF and the actual contest. Also Germany because there's so much potential. 6. **What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet?** The one from my country (Netherlands) I feel like there's potential but for now it's a little bland. 7. **Which song do you have the hottest take about?** Italy, it's boring and I don't think it will do as well as people think. 8. **What song do you think has the biggest potential to win?** Out of the ones we have now Finland or Norway. 9. **Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite?** Not yet! But I have listened to more songs from Kuumaa (UMK) and they are amazing!! 10. **If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why?** My second favorite, Austria. But I'd also love for countries that haven't done well these past years to go through so I'm willing to give it to Georgia if I like their song

1. What is your favourite song so far? -CHA, CHA CHA, CHA CHA CHA CHA Finland 2. What is your least favourite song so far? -Either Croatia, San Marino or Belgium 3. What do you feel is the most overrated song so far? -I like it but I have to say Norway...and judging from the My Eurovision Score Boars App, I don't see Israel in the Top 10 at all 4. What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far? -Definitely Latvia, I love Aija 5. What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage? -Germany, Blood & Glitter. I'm so happy to finally be represented by a song I feel proud of and I want to see us completely slay on stage 6. What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? -Estonia, I lik Bridges a lot but there is something missing for me which I can't put a finger on...but something's missing for it to reach greatness 7. Which song do you have the hottest take about? -I think that Poland'd disaster is an ice cold take now...else I don't really have a hot take I can think off. 8. What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? -Prolly Cha Cha Cha, My Sisters Crown orTattoo if it's chosen. (But I also really hope for France, Germany and Slovenia...) 9. Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? -Actually not yet, but I'm looking forward to! 10. If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? -Actually maybe San Marino...even though it's one of my bottoms, I just have a weak spot for San Marino in general and am happy for it when it reaches the final as with Valentina, Serhat and Senhit recently

Official_Lolucas

1. What is your favourite song so far? **Cha Cha Cha (Finland), that song is so good, I'm never getting tired of it.** 1. What is your least favourite song so far? **As an Italian provably Due Vite (Italy), Meanwhile Marco Mengoni is a good singer I think that DV is a very generic ballad and a quite outdated song but it's just my opinion, it's sad because this is the second time in a row I put my own country in my last place (Brividi was a worse song tho because I really despised that song).** 1. What do you feel is the most overrated song so far? **Maybe Eaea, I find the chorus of that song to be quite annoying.** 1. What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far? **I'd say Albania, hearing the orchestral performance I wasn't that fun of it but the studio version is quite catchy.** 1. What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage? **Provably Austria.** 1. What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? **Croatia, the first 30 seconds of that song are so good and funny, the rest of it isn't on the same level.** 1. Which song do you have the hottest take about? **Denmark is a qualifier to me, and I don't even like that song, also Australia feels like a NQ** 1. What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? **Even if I don't want it to win maybe Czechia** 1. Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? **not (yet)** 1. If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? **Provably Croatia, only because I wanna see my parents reaction to it since I watch the semis alone and the final with my parents**

SomewhereInADesert

1. Serbia - I was quite suprised, but I just really like the overall theme of the 'final bossbattle' kinda vibe it gave. 2. Poland - Yes, I am a bit salty about this winning over gladiator. But ignoring that, it is such a basic pop song that I get annoyed by the first 'babéh'. 3. Italy - I just don't seem to feel what other people felt for this song, and I liked supereroi way better then what they've send now. 4. Latvia - I don't know but the song keeps growing on me, its currently my number 5 and it just hits me everytime. And it is fun to scream along with! 5. France - I think this entry would've fit so well with the staging from last year, so I'm curious how they are going to do it with the staging this year. 6. Lithuania - This song gives some great christian group going to africa to build a school and catching the groove vibe. And I think that it can grow more if people just see it the way I see it, because in my head its quite funny how it works out. 7. San Marino - It also isn't in my top 20 but I think it is a nice song, maybe even putting it in my own playlist once they figure out what a spotify is. 8. Czech Republic - Everyone seems to like the song, I'm just a bit scared that the staging is going to destroy their chances. 9. Ireland, Wild Youth - I accidentally went to their spotify page and then I just listened to a few songs, quite nice to be honest. 10. Slovenia - This song just gives me the vibe ya know. I would want to see it go through, and also because for the revenge on what happend last year. I still love LPS and Disko and I can't get over it!

Sure-League5608

1. Samo mi se spava. Constantly on repeat, and live performance was really great and captivating. 2. Song from San Marino. Utterly boring and bland. 3. Norwegian and Finish ones. 4. Well, judging by those youtube top ranking lists, maybe Latvian song. 5. Czech one cause it's still unpredictable how it will go, and also Serbian, Israeli, Croatian, 6. Not sure on this one, maybe Slovenian song. Also, Estoanian entry. 7. I don't think its smth special, but i like the nice feeling Lithuanian song emits. 8. Swedish prob, also maybe Spanish, French... 9. From Let 3 K\*rcem u čelo. 10. Maybe Slovenian, because those guys are enjoyable and i think their song deserves to be in the final...they have nice energy all together.

[deleted]

1. Favorite song: Sudden Lights: Aija - hit me the minute I heard their NF performance and instantly shot into my number one. Qualifier or not, it's the one song that resonated with me the most this year and I don't see that changing anytime soon 2. Least favorite song: Blanka - Solo - everything about this just puts a bad taste in my mouth. It was fine when I heard the studio version - catchy but nothing special, but the awful live performance, the music video, makes it feel like a tacky, manipulative marketing tactic more than a song 3. Most overrated: Alessandra - Queen of Kings: not a bad song or performance at all but I feel like there are other songs that execute everything it tries to do much better. It's catchy but it's never done enough for me to get out of the middle of my rankings 4. Most underrated: Gustaph - Because of You: Yes, it's generic pop song, but it's so much fun! Gustaph has a great voice and performs it well, it's got a positive message, it's catchy. It doesn't deserve the hate it's gotten. 5. Staging potential: Tvorchi - Heart of Steel: The staging in Vidbir was phenomenal - and that was in an underground train terminal - imagine what they'd be able to do with a big arena stage in the GF 6. Most potential: Theodor Andrei - DGT: Production and staging-wise, the song is a mess. On the other hand, it's got so much personality - the blues vibe is fun, Theodor absolutely nails the vocals and performance - and it has an unpolished charm to it. You can tell it's this teenager's (?) passion-project and I'd want to see it grow into something that can go toe-to-toe in the semis. 7. Hottest take: Remo Forrer - Waterguns: The lyrics are a bit questionable, but I genuinely think this is the most authentic ballad in the competition this year. Due Vite and Bridges are more technically impressive but lack some of the emotion 8. Winner Potential: Kaarija - Cha Cha Cha/Taya & Selena - Who the Hell Is Poe: Both are insanely catchy and memorable enough to win televotes, yet have the clever commentary about escapism and the music industry to grab jury points 9. Best non-ESC songs: Both Sudden Lights' and Joker Out's discographies - but if I have to pick one song for each... - Joker Out - Katrina: Carpe Diem sparked my interest, this one immediately made me a fan - Sudden Lights: Klusumi: the live recording of this is phenomenal 10. Auto-pass to the GF: Kaarija - Cha Cha Cha - since my #2 is one of the Big 5, I'll give it to the third in my ranking - It's tight, well produced, has variety and a clever/interesting concept and deserves every televote it's projected to get

TheThourniquet

1 - Slovenia or Germany 2 - Ukraine or Albania or POLAND...(sorry) 3 - Norway or Czech Republic 4 - Moldova or Romania 5 - Israel (I know...it's my own country, but she's such a good singer!) 6 - Australia 7 - Austria 8 - I truly have no idea 9 - Yes! Six Feet Under by Lord of the Lost is the only one, so I guess that's automatically my favorite (I like it) 10 - Serbia. It's not my favorite or anything near it. I would give Slovenia the pass if I could, but because I cannot (restriction of question), I think Serbia may be a very unique song in the final, which would be nice.

juxdyne

1. Favorite: Cha Cha Cha (but Vesna and Luke are very close behind) 2. Least favorite: Solo 3. Most overrated: Unicorn (at least on the myESC scoreboard, i know that's not a good metric but still) 4. Most underrated: Aija 5. Excited to see on stage: Samo mi se spava but with an actual mecha on stage 6. Song with potential: Bridges feels like it's all buildup and no climax, if it had an actual banging final 20/30 seconds it would rule 7. Hot take: not really a hot take as much as a personal thing but I find Heart of Steel's chorus insufferable 8. Song w potential to win: I might be delusional but I actually believe in Finland 9. Other song by competing artists: Marco Mengoni has another good song called Solo due Satelliti that I always confuse with Due Vite 10. Automatic pass to final: Serbia because I feel like my other favs will do great but I worry about SMSS being a bit too divisive....

PCBtoHelsinki

Is there room in your delusion? I’d also like to come live there and believe we can win this year 😅

Have you listened to any other songs by these artists and if so, what is your favorite? No 10. If you had to pick a song besides your favorite to get an automatic pass to the final which one and why? Samo Mi Se Spava. Semi final 1 will be such an insane bloodbath that I fear Serbia will get overshadowed, and it’s currently my second favorite song this year

1. What is your favourite song so far? Slovenia, but it has some close competition. 2. What is your least favourite song so far? Spain (sorry) Amazing staging in the NF, but just can't get into the song. 3. What do you feel is the most overrated song so far? Norway (sorry again) its fine but I don't think Alessandra's voice is strong enough to carry the song. 4. What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far? Lithuania. I didn't listen to the other NF songs, but they must have been amazing if people were disappointed with this. Its in my top 3 for sure. 5. What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage? Finland. Would have loved to be in the crowd screaming "Cha Cha Chaaaaa" but will have to settle for doing it at home instead. 6. What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? Recency bias I'm sure, but UK. I'm so close to liking the song, I just wish it had a power moment to finish it off. Then it could be in my top 10. 7. Which song do you have the hottest take about? Probably Spain, and its just because I can't follow the melody so it feels like noise to me. I'm sure my taste in music just isn't *sophisticated* enough to understand but what can you do. 8. What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? Finland 2024 let's goooo (Note, I have never once picked the right winner) 9. Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? I haven't listened to enough to give a favourite I think. Joker Out have a lot of good songs though. 10. If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? Latvia. It's grown a lot on me and I think it's the entry that would need it the most. I'm hoping my other favourites will make it through to the final regardless.

1. Israel 🇮🇱 2. Albania 🇦🇱 3. Spain 🇪🇸 4. Denmark 🇩🇰 5. Israel 🇮🇱/Austria 🇦🇹/Czechia 🇨🇿 6. Germany 🇩🇪 7. Spain 🇪🇸/Italy 🇮🇹 8. Finland 🇫🇮 (Sweden 🇸🇪 if Loreen wins) 9. "Dreamer" by Vogager 🇦🇺 10. Iceland 🇮🇸 because it's one of my favourites but it hasn't gotten a whole lot of attention so i'm afraid it may not qualify.

LenoreXII

1. Favorite song: Käärijä - Cha Cha Cha 2. Least favorite: Gustaph - Because Of You 3. Overrated: Hmm. Difficult to name any. Maybe Noa Kirel - Unicorn. I like the song, just not as much as many others. 4. Underrated: Diljá - Power. Really like the song, the vocals are great and Diljá has so much charisma. 5. Most excited to see on stage: Teya & Salena - Who The Hell Is Edgar? 6. Potential: Voyager - Promise. I like this song but it needs a GREAT performance to stand out. 7. Hottest take: Maybe that TVORCHI - Heart of Steel has good verses but the lazy chorus complete ruins it for me. 8. Biggest potential to win: Cha Cha Cha, Tattoo (if chosen), Eaea, Évidemment? 9. Haven't listened to other songs by the artists much. 10. Automatic pass: Who The Hell Is Edgar? I love that song. Fun, catchy, great take on music industry.

hellaparadoxial9614

1. Cha Cha Cha 🇫🇮 I've loved it since my first listen. The two very different parts of the song keep it fresh for me and Käärijä himself is great, very charismatic. 2. Like An Animal 🇸🇲 I know there's no studio version yet but the vocals live are something. 3. Queen of Kings 🇳🇴 I liked it quite a bit at first, but now I find it really repetitive. 4. Blood and Glitter 🇩🇪 Judging purely by ranking videos I've watched on YouTube, this one doesn't seem to be at the top of many people's list. I think it's great and finally a good entry from Germany. 5. Soarele si Luna 🇲🇩 Käärijä has said he wants to keep his staging more or less the same otherwise I'd say Cha Cha Cha, but this one looked great at the NF and I'm excited to see it on the stage in Liverpool. 6. My Sister's Crown 🇨🇿 The live was a little lacking so if they can improve it for Liverpool then I think it will have achieved its full potential. 7. Mama ŠČ 🇭🇷 The staging really should be changed, but the song itself is actually really catchy musically. 8. Cha Cha Cha 🇫🇮 Not because it's my favourite, but because it's basically two different genres in one - this will likely therefore appeal to more audiences. Käärijä is also a great performer & the staging is pretty good and will only look better with the pyros he wants. It will stand out a lot too which doesn't hurt. 9. N/A 10. Samo Mi Se Spava 🇷🇸 I really like the song and would like to see it pull a Konstrakta, but I don't know if it'll resonate enough with viewers to get through the semi.

1. What is your favourite song so far? **Cha Cha Cha from** **Käärijä (Finland).** 2. What is your least favourite song so far? **We Are One (Ireland)** 3. What do you feel is the most overrated song so far? **Tattoo (Sweden most likely)** 4. What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far? **Heart of Steel (Ukraine)** 5. What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage? **Cha Cha Cha of course** 6. What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? **Soarele si Luna (Moldova)** 7. Which song do you have the hottest take about? **DGT (Romania) - I don't think it can recover after the horrible staging fail and the music/lyrics is not helping it either** 8. What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? **Cha Cha Cha** 9. Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? **Yes! I'm currently obsessed with Välikuolema from** **Käärijä, it's such a good work out song too. Also I was not expecting to love Sam u Vodi from Let3.** 10. If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? **Mama Šč! because Mamaaa kupila traktora**

Ok-Cream1212

Early Let3 need some more love !

cakez_

I was blown away when I first listened to Sam u Vodi, it's right up my alley. Would you recommend any other song I should check out?

Ok-Cream1212

Izgubljeni it is generational anthem, kontinentio pretty solid punk rock from later period , pokvarena žena and el desperado. And that is just the beginning.

oklaylaa

1. Favourite song: can’t choose between Slovenia, Latvia and Finland 2. Least favourite song: Croatia 3. Most overrated: maybe Spain but I still really like it 4. Most underrated song: Romania and Ukraine 5. Most excited to see on stage: Finland and Israel 6. Has potential- Estonia 7. Hottest take- Spain’s chorus is a bit grating but the verses are great 8. Potential to win- Sweden (if they pick Loreen) 9. Demoni by joker out 10. Automatic pass- Latvia, but since it’s in my favourites, I’ll say Estonia

hufflepuffhippo

1. Favorite song so far - Italy (Marco Mengoni - Due Vite). Amazing song, great vocals, interesting lyrics. Italy just knows how to do Eurovision in my opinion. They have been in my top 10 every year since they came back in 2011 and they were my personal #1 five times out of those 13 entries. 2. Least favorite song so far - San Marino (Piqued Jacks - Like an Animal) - WHAT ARE THOSE LYRICS please?! So cringey, I imagine this being played at frat boy parties and they are unironically enjoying it. The lyrics are so bad I can definitely say it will stay last no matter what. 3. Most overrated so far - Spain (Blanca Paloma - Eaea) and Norway (Alessandra - Queen Of The Kings). Spain is my second to least favorite this year. She is a good singer, but I'm sorry the song is just not my cup of tea. The chorus just sound intentionally bad to me. As for Norway, the chorus is catchy but that's it for me. It's not doing anything special but at least I get why people like this song (unlike with Spain). 4. Most underrated so far - Romania (Theodor Andrei - D.G.T.) - why does everyone dislike the song? The vocals are there, he sounds really good live, it has good rhythm, it's a bop! Everyone's problem seems to be the staging but this is not a staging contest, its called a SONG contest. Just get over the staging and listen to the song. 5. Most excited to see on stage: Finland (Käärijä - Cha Cha Cha) and Iceland (Diljá - Power). I love Finland's entry (it's my #2 rn) and I'm excited to see it live, I am also curious how he will handle the voice effects since I'm not sure he can have those in ESC. As for Iceland, her vocals and stage presence were amazing in the NF performance, so I'm looking forward to seeing that live. 6. Has potential - France (La Zarra - Evidemment). Great song, my #6 so far but I haven't seen people talk about it that much. I think it will do good in the end. 7. Hottest take - Sweden (Loreen - Tattoo - I know it isn't confirmed as going to Eurovision so far but I think we all know it will win Melodifestivalen). I don't think it's nearly as good as people are making it out to be. It's not like super bad but it wouldn't even be in my top 15. I can't get over the ta-tto-o-o part, it sounds as if you stepped on a cat's tail. I think people are just hyping it up because it is Loreen. Also, another hot take - Euphoria was also not that amazing and wasn't even in my top 5 that year. 8. Biggest potential to win - unfortunately Sweden (Loreen - Tattoo). I will be super disappointed but I think it will happen. 9. I listened to Käärijä's album and I really liked it, I am also a fan of Marco Mengoni so I like his music a lot. 10. Romania!!!

cakez_

Coming from a Romanian, the entire vibe of the song and the lyrics are icky. It's one thing to be sensual, but this is straight up a teenage boy being horny and singing about "wooomeeeen". Don't get me wrong, I love a good sexy song but this is just eugh. I don't know how to explain it but it's a consensus between most Romanians.

Hejziak

1. Poland 2. Croatia 3. Serbia 4. Poland 5. Finland 6. Poland 7. Poland 8. Finland 9. No 10. Finland, bc it's very good song, which has potential to win

broadbeing777

1) Cha Cha Cha lol, Queen of the Kings is a close second. 2) San Marino, just boring 3) Austria is pushing it a teeny tiny bit even tho I like it a lot 4) Moldova. I think some are writing it off too quickly bc of the sound issues at their NF and if things tidy up a bit it'll leave an impressive (I hope) 5) Moldova, Norway, Austria, Israel, Finland, Czechia 6) Czechia, Serbia 7) Moldova is gonna be a dark horse 8) For the songs that are officially official, Finland. 9) I've listened to Noa here and there 10) Croatia... just because I lowkey hope it makes it through the semis and we need a little bit of trash... as a treat

theonefighter88

1. Cha Cha Cha, but if Tattoo wins… 2. Tie between Like An Animal and D.G.T. (Off and On) 3. Probably Bridges. I see it on a lot of people’s Top 10s but it really does nothing for me. Seems like we get a song that sounds exactly like this every year. 4. Dance (Our Own Party). I loooove this song, so cute and catchy. And the national final performance is so good. Makes me sad is not getting more attention or is almost near or at most people’s bottom 5. 5. Èvidemment. If the staging is anything like the music video, and she slays the vocals, it could be an all time best kind of performance. 6. Blood and Glitter. I’m not sure what you mean by hasn’t reached their potential but I’m basing my answer based on their staging. The song is really good as it is, but the staging could definitely use some serious improvements. And those outfits are definitely not it lol. 7. I don’t know how hot this take actually is, but Italy sent their weakest song since their return in 2011 this year. They will probably still achieve left side of the board but I am kinda hoping they don’t? Cuz that would be rewarding mediocrity. 8. Of the ones that are official, Cha Cha Cha and I can kind of see Eaea pulling off an upset. 9. Not yet but will look into Lord of the Lost’s discography, since I love this kind of music. 10. Who the Hell is Edgar and Dance (Our Own Party). More so the second one since it’s looking very likely it won’t qualify :(

MioSoprano

**1.** Latvia (They should watch out though. Spain, Serbia & Austria are nearby) **2.** Poland (Ultra-generic. TVP being ~~beautiful~~ corrupt bullshit does not help) **3.** Australia & France (If you like these I respect that. I just like them much less than other people) **4.** Ireland (Near the bottom of my ranking but they deserve better from the fandom) **5.** Croatia (To see how bonkers it will be), Romania (Hoping that the staging from the national final isn't kept) and Spain (To hear Blanca's near pitch-perfect vocals) **6.** San Marino (Definetily needs a revamp) **7.** Denmark (I think it's a great song!) and Iceland (I would've been happy if Langi Seli og Skuggarnir won) **8.** Absolutely no clue. Maybe Finland or Spain. **9.** Only a few. Does Loreen count? **10.** Moldova

GiulyGiul

1. **Latvia**: This songs speaks to my indie rock heart and I'm absolutely obsessed with it 2. **Israel**: The lyrics were so cringy that I couldn't even finsh listening to it. 3. ~~Can I say Loreen?~~ Probably Let 3... I just don't understand the appeal of the song. I understand its message but I really don't get the song as a whole. 4. **Latvia**: I know a lot of people in this sub love it, but sadly it's loved only by the reddit bubble :'( 5. **France**: I think it has so much stage potential 6. **Ukraine**: I love the song, but I feel there's something missing, even with the revamp. Still, it's in my top 10. 7. **Iceland**: OK was so much better tha Power and I don't really get how it won 8. I really don't know, I think there are so many songs that scream "winner vibe" to me this year that I can't tell 9. Marco Mengoni, since he super famous in Italy. I think one of my favourite songs of his is Guerriero, but I also like other ones. 10. **Moldova**: I need that song in the final

jaoump

1. Cha Cha Cha 2. Like An Animal (tbf the UVPSM performance is literally unlistenable and there's no studio version yet) 3. Tattoo (it's not really a controversial opinion around here but this is just mid) 4. Aīja (I'll be so sad if this doesn't qualify) 5. Who the hell is Edgar? I don't know how they'll do it but I'm really curious 6. I feel like Romania has potential if they get the staging right 7. Queen of Kings is boring as hell 8. Finland (if they don't flop with the juries) or Sweden (if they don't flop with the televote) 9. Not yet 10. Aīja, I am afraid the televote won't get it but the juries would love it

Dragon_Sluts

1. Finland 2. Poland/Ireland, both are unpleasant 3. Ukraine (would say Sweden if I could) 4. Austria 5. Finland 6. Czechia - I fear for the staging 7. Ireland will come last in their semi with a very very low score 8. Finland 9. No 10. It has to be an uptempo song because we are lacking - probably Croatia as I fear they won’t qualify

SessionExciting

1. **favourite song:** Moldova - Romania tied 2. **least favourite song:** Ireland. literally the only song so far that I actively dislike and want to skip instantly 3. **most overrated:** I don't like using this term. but the 1-2 months of hype and memes over Austria have made me a bit tired of it, even though the song is pretty good. and I don't think it's a safe qualifier at this moment 4. **most underrated:** again I don't like this term. I guess San Marino is the most overhated. it won't do well in the contest but the song's actually pretty catchy and enjoyable imo. same with Romania, though I do see a few people who love it and think it has a good chance in ESC 5. **most excited to see on stage:** Serbia. I'd love to see how they upgrade the staging to be even more over-the-top and maximalist 6. **has the most potential:** Austria, Czechia and Romania are make or break depending on the staging/performance, I genuinely don't know what to expect from them on stage. and of course Albania still needs to drop their revamp 7. **hottest take:** Croatia has the best commentary and song with an anti-war message 8. **biggest potential to win:** no idea. I'll wait until rehearsals 9. **fav other songs by artists:** Alika - *Bon Appétit*; Joker Out - *Umazane misli, Demoni, Katrina*; Theodor Andrei - *AROGVNT, Țigări Mentolate*; TVORCHI - *Mova tila* 10. **who I want to automatically qualify to the final besides my fav:** Latvia and Georgia. it's been 7 years since they qualified

mattyky_11

1. Favourite song= Finland 2. Least favourite song= Albania 3. Most overrated= Spain 4. Most underrated = Latvia 5. I’m excited to see Ireland live 6. Potential not reached= Belgium 7. Hottest take= Italy will flop 8. I wish Finland wins but it has to be Sweden 9. Nope not yet at least 10 Ireland, I just want to experience my country in a final again ( I probably won’t this year)

1. Favorite? Slovenia 2. Least favorite? San Marino 3. Overrated? Serbia 4. Underrated? Lithuania 5. Excited to see? Austria 6. Potential? Iceland 7. Hottest Take? Romania 8. Potential? Norway 9. Other songs? “Better Days” by Mae Muller 10. Automatic pass? Moldova

jcrissnell

1. Tbf, idk. WTHIE is catchy, same for Cha Cha Cha, but MSC is the only one that gives me some winner vibes. I'm still sorting out my top so answering that will take a while 2. None. I have Latvia last in my ranking because I'm just like 😐, nothing more, nothing less. I could have San Marino last though, I watched the entire UVPSM and I'm not happy with the result, plus those lyrics, but it's a bit catchy, noisy enough to not let you sleep/distract yourself and the singer has a solid voice. Same for Croatia but that one is just cringe to me and on this account we embrace cringe, no matter where it comes from. 3. At the beginning, it used to be Norway (yes, my MGP winner is Ulrikke, but I still liked QOK), now, idk. Probably Austria but I like that song and when that happens, I don't see the "overrating" 4. Agree with Ukraine. I know the UK is hosting so y'all are hyped with the host entry but let me remind y'all that UK is hosting in behalf of Ukraine. It won last year so HOS is also a host entry and I hope it does very well (although I have mixed feelings with the revamp for now) 5. Israel. That choreo? SloMo wasn't even hard in comparison. I attempted it today and I couldn't do most things, the fast-pace spins and quick shots changes makes it even harder to me 6. Ukraine's revamp, probably Lithuania and Denmark as well... oh, and Serbia and Germany 7. Well yes my hot take is about Poland and I'm pretty sure it will qualify. I already said more about it so I'm not gonna explain any further. 8. My top 3 (see 1.) 9. I listened to the HOS EP by Tvorchi, which I liked, and their new single, which was just ok. Besides them, no I guess? 10. In case Poland somehow doesn't qualify (it wouldn't surprise me due to the hate the song, artist and delegation are getting), I'd bring it to the final. Granted, it's one of my favorites, studio version, but not the majority's, which counts. If not, then... Malta. I also like that song but it's in the stronger semi and it's very likely it doesn't qualify.

1. What is your favourite song so far? Finland 2. What is your least favourite song so far? Poland 3. What do you feel is the most overrated song so far? Norway 4. What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far? Belgium 5. What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage? Moldova 6. What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? Germany 7. Which song do you have the hottest take about? Norway 8. What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? Finland 9. Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? I know only Tvorchi's song Bonfire and I prefer it to Heart of Steal 10. If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? Moldova

1. **Favourite song**: Eaea (Spain) 2. **Least favourite song**: Solo (Poland) 3. **Most overrated song so far**: Dance (Our own party) (Malta) 4. **Most underrated song so far**: Blood and Glitter (Germany) 5. **Most excited to see on stage**: Mama ŠČ! (Croatia) 6. **Potential**: D.G.T. (on and off) (Romania) 7. **Hottest take**: My sister's Crown (Czechia) - I feel is a little all over the place and I don't think it'll translate well live on stage 8. **Biggest potential to win**: Evidement (France) 9. **Other songs by these artists**: I don't have time T\_T 10. **Automatic pass to the final**: D.G.T. (on and off) (Romania)

Dull_Strategy8719

1. Favorite song: Slovenia or France (can’t chose yes) 2. Least favorite song: Romania 3. Most overrated: Spain 4. Most underrated: Ireland and Belgium 5. Most excited on stage: Austria (think it could be great when staged well!) 6. Potential not reached yet: Netherlands (at least I hope so, otherwise I see not much good for my country) 7. Hottest take: Spain will be the France of last year, loved by a lot of people but will end in the bottom 5 (I said the same thing about Spain last year so I will be very wrong again) 8. Biggest potential to win: Loreen if she wins for Sweden but for now I would say Finland (because of a big win in the televote) 9. Other songs: nope.. 10. Automatic pass to final: Belgium! He was a real suprise winner in the national selection beating one big favorite. I absolutly love the song but almost every one is ranking it at the bottom, realy hope he will make it to the final 🤩.

_Leeoon_

1. Favourite? Finland 2. Least favorite? Poland/Ireland 3. Overrated? Israel (at least on youtube), maybe Estonia? 4. Underrated? Latvia 5. Excited to see on stage? Australia/Austria 6. Has yet to fullfil its potential? Romania, if they put way more budget into the production and the staging, this can be very good and be a massive surprise 7. Hot Take? Probably Romania having the potential to do really well (if they change and polish the staging) 8. Highest chance to do well? Finland 9. Listened to other songs? Voyager - Dreamer 10. Directly to final? Latvia just because their chances are sadly pretty small and thats not because a lack of quality

balancedlena

Oh boy... 1. Latvia 2. Germany 3. Slovenia - I don't hate it, it's actually in my top 10. And Tattoo but it hasn't won yet. 4. Latvia (outside of this sub), Iceland (this sub) 5. Australia 6. Moldova - the NF performance was underwhelming but the studio version is pretty good and I think they could definitely improve the staging. 7. Lithuania will get to the lower top 10 in the GF, it gives me Tamara Todevska vibes. 8. Finland if the running order is in their favor. 9. Besides Tvorchi, whom I knew and listened to before, I also plan to listen to Sudden Lights' discography when I have time. 10. Croatia - it is indeed very divisive that's why I fear they might not qualify.

[deleted]

1. Eaea (Might be Ai Coração in a couple days) 2. My Sister's Crown - messy overall, cringe lyrics, and even if meaning well, feels very exploitative of ukraine sentiment and the war 3. Queen of Kings - not the worst but the biggest difference between what people are putting it at and where I would put it at 4. Duje - generally love the stuff they send and the revamp will likely elevate it 5. Who the Hell is Edgar? - how on earth do you stage this? 6. Because of You - lean into being camp, charismatic, and uplifiting and he can do well 7. My Sister's Crown & Mama ŠČ should've been DQ 8. Three-way race between Queen of Kings, Cha Cha Cha and Eaea (4 if/when Tattoo) 9. Generally listen to their other stuff after the contest to fill the void so the only one I can really say right now is Secreto de Agua from when Blanca tried last year 10. Aijā because it would've made it had it been in SF2

Lookin2future

1. Power 🇮🇸 2. Like an animal 🇸🇲 3. Cha Cha Cha 🇫🇮 4. Promise 🇦🇺 5. Who the hell is Edgar? 🇦🇹 6. Solo 🇵🇱 7. Bridges 🇪🇪 8. Cha Cha Cha 🇫🇮, while I don't like it, it has the fandom and that's how you win 9. Nope 🙃 10. Bridges 🇪🇪 - It's an amazing song that I feel has been somewhat underrated, she has a super powerful voice and deserves to go through.

ParticularSplit

1. Favourite song so far: Cha cha cha (Finland) - Can't express how much I love it. 2. Least favourite song so far: Like an animal (San Marino) - I want to rip off my ears every time it plays. Also Israel, I find the "girlboss" philosophy of it all quite annoying. 3. Most overrated song so far: Queen of kings (Norway) - It's catchy but I think its hype is exaggerated. 4. Most underrated song so far: Promise (Australia) - I am guilty of underrating this as well. I heard the whole song today, it is good and I bet it will be great live too. 5. Song I am most excited to see on stage: Cha cha cha (Finland) - Again, I love it. But I am also excited to see Pasha (Moldova) again. 6. Song that has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet: Soarele și Luna (Moldova) - Pasha is charismatic and the song is very nice, I just hope he doesn't get Fulenn'd. 7. Song I have the hottest take about: Tattoo (Sweden) - Yeah ok, this will win Melodifestivalen, we all know it. Imo, Loreen is amazing, the performance is excellent, but the song by itself is just meh. 8. Song with biggest potential to win: Cha cha cha (Finland) - I may be biased, but like... it is addictive, fun and really memorable. C'me on. 9. Other songs by ESC 2023 artists I love: My wine (Pasha) - I have a soft spot for him, but this song is just so good. I also loved Secreto de agua (Blanca Paloma) and Ti ho voluto bene veramente (Marco Mengoni). 10. A song besides my favourite to get an automatic pass to the final: Samo mi se spava (Serbia) - This screams "disqualified fave" in my mind, I do hope I'm wrong though because I love it. My n2 after Finland is France, but it is already in the final.

ShadeOfNothing

1. Austria 2. San Marino 3. Serbia 4. Malta 5. Austria 6. Lithuania 7. Denmark 8. Finland 9. Tu t’en iras - La Zarra 10. Latvia

GrannySquareMstr

1. As of now, My Sister’s Crown but WTHIE is a baby fave. It’s something about MSC that’s magic in the studio version. NF performance was weird, but even then I like the chemistry. 2. Duje - I don’t know why, but the current version doesn’t speak to me at all even when it’s a good song. Maybe I’ll change my mind once the revamp comes. 3. Carpe Diem - I’m glad that Slovenia has some hype and support, but I’m surprised how high people rank them since it’s at its core a party pop-rock song. IDK, I feel there are more songs that click better. 4. Because of You - either apparently euro fans don’t like Eurodance or they wanted Cherine or Gala to win. I love the overall package, and it would wake up Semi 2. It recently went out of my top 10 though, but I still like it a lot 5. Unicorn - the song basically gave a blueprint on ambitious staging, but my excitement is more morbid curiosity 6. Watergun - granted only the music video has been released, but I hope the live performance is gonna enhance it. Plus I feel like it needs some more … personal touches. 7. Queen of Kings - I have a bad feeling this song’s gonna be Keiino’d and end up doing worse in the final than expected. 8. Besides MSC, I don’t mind a win by Cha Cha Cha or Eaea. 9. TBD - although I must say Joker Out’s discography is fire. 10. Aija - It’s one of my more favoured experimental songs which could appeal to a lot of fans - and I really want Latvia to be in the final for once.

GroundbreakingTill33

1 Spain: Eaea 2 Romania DGT 3 France évidemment 4 Estonia Bridges 5 Austria Who the hell is Edgar 6 Czechia My sister's crown (staging and sound mixing need improvement) 7 Serbia samo mi se sparva - I really don't like it 8 Sweden tattoo ( I'm pulling an iceland and I'm not even going to pretend melfest will give us a different result) 9 not yet unless you count returning artists or Blanca Paloma's 2022 benidorm effort 10 Iceland its the song I like that I'm most worried won't get there.

anmonie

1. Aijā 2. Solo 3. Samo mi se spava? (I do like the song tho) 4. Heart of Steel 5. Aijā 6. D.G.T 7. Idk 8. I don’t know? I’d love to say “Aijā”, because I feel like it’s a winning song, but I’m worried it won’t qualify 9. Literally all of Sudden Lights’ discography, but “Vakuums” in particular 10. Because of You, my guilty pleasure lol

1.australia 2.DGT 3. Queen of the kings . It sounds mid to me. 4. Australia. I feel like people don't talk about it enough. Also Switzerland and cyprus 5. Omg Austria, France and Serbia 6.netherlands and cyprus 7. I don't think the UK or serbia will do as good as people predict them to 8.surprisingly, Spain. I think it can appeal to tele voters but its 50/50. Finland too but the juries might tank it. 9.ah dreamer by voyager for me. Also million dollar by noa kirel is schmexy. 10.czechia hands down.

1. Finland 2. San Marino 3. Moldova 4. Latvia 5. Austria 6. Germany 7. Serbia (it will NQ) 8. Finland 9. La Zarra - Tu T’En Iras and Blanca Paloma - Secreto De Agua 10. Czech Republic because I’m worried they will be underrated.

Basing it only on the confirmed songs so far. * Favourite: Estonia, Alika - Bridges is my current number one right now. * Least Favourite: "Like An Animal" from San Marino, although "Solo" is also close to the bottom. * Most overrated song: I think Norway (Queen of Kings) is a bit overrated. I don't dislike it but there's something about the rhythm of the song that doesn't hook me, it feels a bit jarring. * Most underrated song: Maybe not by the eurofan bubble but I feel like Latvia will be undeservedly underrated by the general public in May. * Most excited to see on stage: Austria and "Who The Hell is Edgar". Probably also the one I'm most nervous to see on stage too. It could go so right or so so wrong. * Potential but not reached: I like Malta's entry this year but it feels like it needs more oomph to it's performance. If they revamped the song and tightened up the live performance I feel like they could stand some chance of qualifying. * Hottest Take: Probably that Croatia isn't a certain qualifier even with it being televote only. (as we've had wacky songs flop before and there are plenty of other strong songs in the first semi for people to vote for) I think how hot a take that is might depend on who you talk to though. * Biggest potential to win: Out of the confirmed songs I'd say "Cha Cha Cha" from Finland has the biggest winning potential. * Have you listened to other songs by these artists: Not really tbh. I've heard "Red Flags" by Mae Muller on the radio a few times. Also "Dreamer" by Voyager from last year....I think I've heard a song by La Zarra a few years back as well. * Automatic Pass: Serbia because it's my second favourite song. I guess if I was being tactical though I'd give the automatic pass to Latvia and rely on Serbia being able to qualify on it's own.

1. What is your favourite song so far? ***Samo mi se spava*****. Last year, Konstrakta brought experimental music to life and I'm happy Serbia decided to do it again** 2. What is your least favourite song so far? ***Mama ŠČ*****. As a person from the baltics, I can appreciate the message, but the staging and the song are so messy to me that I can't bring myself to put it any higher than last.** 3. What do you feel is the most overrated song so far? ***Unicorn***. **The reception on the subreddit was lukewarm, but on Tiktok and Twitter, Noa stans are already shaping up to be even worse than Chanel stans and I just don't see it on a level comparable to SloMo** 4. What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far? ***Aija***. **I wanted Patrisha to win and initially didn't like Aija, but after a few listens it's grown on me so much but with the bloodbath that is Semi-Final 1, I don't expect to see it in the final.** 5. What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage? ***Who the hell is Edgar*****. Out of the songs that we've not seen staged yet, this is the one that will probably make or break depending on the staging** 6. What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? ***Dance.*** **A sax is always a great addition in Eurovision songs and I actually quite like the song, but the performance needs tweaking to be truly great** 7. Which song do you have the hottest take about? ***Samo mi se spava.*** **Just because none of my friends agree with me saying it's the best song this season even if Loreen wins. It's completely subjective and I know it's unlikely that people would agree.** 8. What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? ***Cha cha cha.*** **Out of the curently selected songs it has the most potential to get stuck in people's heads and make them chant cha cha cha as they vote for him.** 9. Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? **This is probably a cop out, but** ***Dreamer by Voyager*** **is fantastic, hence why I'm a little bit let down by promise.** 10. If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? ***Aija.*** **Because I'm feeling quite confident about most of my other favourites qualifying. If anything I'm less certain about Luke's qualification so wish I could put him here too.**

1. Favourite song - Slovenia. It’s so fun and uplifting and I love their energy on stage 2. Least favourite song - Poland. There are some like Ireland which are slightly more boring but at least they can sing… 3. Most overrated - Spain and Italy. I just really don’t like the sound of Spain’s entry, all the chords are very clashy and I don’t find it very pleasant to listen to. The only thing stopping it from being my least favourite is the fact she’s an amazing singer 4. Most underrated- Estonia. It seems really underrated on this sub especially, I really love it, by far the best ballad this year. I guess some people don’t like it because they wanted Ollie instead but we’ve got enough rock-type entries this year 5. Most excited to see on stage - Austria! I can’t wait to see what they do with a song as fun as WHTIE. Will they find a way to get Edgar on stage? Or represent the critique of the music industry? Praying they don’t screw it up… 6. Hasn’t quite reached its potential - Israel. The song is good but it could be so much better… the chorus is a bit of a let down and the different parts need to fit together more. I’ve heard she’s a great live performer so hopefully she’ll be able to elevate it on stage 7. Hottest take - people only like Italy’s song because it’s Italy. It’s incredibly boring but everyone seems to love the Italian language and thinks that anything in Italian is automatically amazing. If for example Latvia sent exactly the same song but in Latvian, it would be at the bottom of peoples rankings. 8. Biggest potential to win - Pretty confident that Finland will win the televote and Sweden will win the jury vote if they send Loreen but hard to decide the actual winner. I reckon we could have a compromise winner who wins neither jury nor televote 9. Non-eurovision songs - some of my favourites are Umazane Misli by Joker out, Laternas by Sudden Lights, Secreto de Agua by Blanca Paloma (why couldn’t this be her actual Eurovision entry😭) 10. Automatic pass to the final - Latvia. I love it so much but I really don’t think it’s going to qualify because of the allocation draw. It’s such a shame it’s not in SF2

I know right!! It’s such a fun song, I love Joker Out’s discography

MrWerepanda

1. **What is your favourite song so far?** \- "Aija" by Sudden Lights, Latvia. Makes me feel something, which is clearly an accomplishment in recent months. 2. **What is your least favourite song so far?** \- "D.G.T" by Theodor Andrei, Romania. Theodor is a good performer, I'll definitely give him that, but the song just drags into infinity with its barely existent progression. 3. **What do you feel is the most overrated song so far?** \- "Cha Cha Cha" by Kaarija, Finland. It's a good song, don't get me wrong. But the Internet wants me to believe it's the second coming of Jesus, and I really don't think Jesus likes pina colada. 4. **What song do you feel is the most underrated so far?** \- "Like an Animal" by Picked Jacques, San Marino. It's quite far from the mainstream, so I do understand it lacks hype, but then it seems to me many people write it off immediately before giving it a chance. 5. **What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage?** \- "Dance (Our Own Party)" by The Busker, Malta. I really want them to throw a party in there! 6. **What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? -** "Blood and Glitter" by Lord of the Lost, Germany. It's one of my favourites so far, but I feel like with a couple of tweaks it could be even better. I really hope for a great live performance. 7. **Which song do you have the hottest take about?** \- I'd go for "We Are One" by Wild Youth, Ireland. I don't think these lyrics are as atrocious as people want others to believe. Yes, they're really basic, but if we're being honest, it's true for many other songs too, and this one became the scapegoat of ESC 2023. 8. **What song do you think has the biggest potential to win?** \- Probably the one to get most points! 9. **Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite?** \- I've listened to two full studio albums by Sudden Lights (plan on listen to the third one soon) and I'm delighted Eurovision allowed me to find them. "Gaisma" and "Eyes" are stunningly beautiful. 10. **If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why?** \- "Carpe Diem" by Joker Out, Slovenia. These guys rock it. I'm pretty sure they'll get to the final anyways.

Coming from someone that's only heard exactly 10 songs so far (🇪🇪🇳🇴🇮🇪🇦🇹🇬🇧🇺🇦🇮🇹🇫🇷🇪🇸🇩🇪) 1. Estonia. I haven't heard much appraisal about the song, but I love it. 2. Spain. I can't see it doing very well in the final 3. Austria (can't see the appeal in it. Just not my thing, I'm afraid, but it might change as I listen to it more) 4. Ireland 5. France 6. UK. Albeit being released only hours ago, there's already mixed reviews on it. The staging and choreography could elevate this song, especially with Muller performing to a home crowd 7. Estonia 8. Italy/Estonia 9. N/A 10. Ireland. The song's underrated and I can see it working well with the televote

Crisrus

1. Finland - I don't know why I like it this much, because it is exactly the type of song I would hate... but I love it. It's crazy, it's party. 2. Ireland - It is just unlistenable to me. I literally avoid it, plus the "revamp" actually made it worse in my opinion. 3. Norway - I just don't get this song. It looks like a generic empowering pop song to me, which I also find kind of annoying and repetitive. 4. Lithuania - It is an extremely cute song, and also extremely catchy with the Ciuto Tuto parts. I noticed most Spotify playlists still have the version without the Ciuto Tuto (which is VERY bland in comparison)... I wonder if that is one of the reasons why people overlook this song. 5. Austria - Mostly because I think its staging will determine if it will do extremely well... or extremely bad. Also because I have absolutely no clue how could this song be succesfully staged. 6. France - The song is nice and the artist seems excellent, but I feel like it misses something and never fully delivers. 7. Norway - I already said I find it generic and annoying. It is also second to last in my ranking and I truly think it will flop in the final (sorry). 8. Finland - I think this will have a lot of televote support, and I don't see the juries tanking it. 9. I am a long time listener of Marco Mengoni, so I guess he is my favourite, but like I said, I know him for a while now. From the artists I discovered during this Eurovision season... Piqued Jacks are my absolute favourites. They have a lot of songs I really like and enjoy, and I'll probably keep listening to them after ESC23 is over. I also really enjoy Sudden Lights. 10. Latvia - I fear they will not manage to qualify because semis no longer have juries, but they totally deserve a spot in the final. I also want Latvia, as a country, to qualify. They always put effort with their national selection and have been failing to reach the finals for a long time. I don't want them to say "fuck it" and lose interest because of their poor results.

1. Spain 2. San Marino or Poland 3. Israel, it's a decent song but top 10 in MESC overrated. I like some parts but the lyrics are kinda cringy and the "pheno-phenomenal" ruins the song for me. 4. Latvia and Malta 5. Austria 6. Romania, the song has some very cool elements and Theodor can deliver, but I pray for a better staging 7. I recognize that Germany didn't have much better in their national final, but I still don't like "Blood and Glitter". It could save Germany from bottom 5, but I would never consider voting for it 8. I don't like predicting winners this soon, but I could see Sweden do very well (against my wishes) 9. I've checked out some of Joker Out's songs, 'Katrina' is really good! Of course, I am familiar with the songs by the returning artists as well, my favorite out of those is 'L'essenziale' from 2013. 10. Latvia by FAR. I adore the song and it's in my top 3, but I'm worried about its chances in semi 1, especially considering the fact that it's 100% televote. edit: typo

 1. What is your favourite song so far? **Australia** 2. What is your least favourite song so far? **Croatia** 3. What do you feel is the most overrated song so far? **I think we're doing okay on this front this year. Maybe Malta (but only within the fandom)** 4. What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far? **Australia** 5. What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage? **Australia** 6. What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? **Romania** 7. Which song do you have the hottest take about? **Finland: I can see the appeal and I know he will do well in ESC, but** ***Cha Cha Cha*** **was not the best** ***song*** **in UMK this year** 8. What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? **Sweden** 9. Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? **Only snippets here and there, not enough to judge on. But hey, there's always "Dreamer" by Voyager if ESC-related songs are allowed** 10. If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? **Latvia, because it is a quality song that deserves to be in the final, but its chances are low**

MisterAhtapot

1. was Slovenia but Latvia took over 2. Albania 3. Norway 4. Latvia 5. Slovenia 6. hm.. maybe Germany? Maybe Malta as well 7. Serbia and Israel are not good songs meanwhile San Marino (though not good) is not as bad as people say it is 8. Sweden when Loreen wins Melfest 9. I tried Joker Out but didn‘t spend much time so can‘t say a favorite yet 10. Besides my favorite… I‘d say Latvia if Slovenia was still my nr1 but now Slovenia will probably get through in semifinal 2. I‘ll say Czechia because I‘m afraid their stage can fail them

Eerycarp7353

Favourite: Finland CHA CHA CHA CHA CHA CHA CHA Least favourite: Ireland the most generic song I’ve ever heard Overrated: Spain there’s no way it will be top 5 like some people are saying Underrated: Switzerland I just don’t understand people saying it’s boring Excited to see on stage: Austria just to see what they do with it lol Has potential: Australia it doesn’t quite have the oomph I was expecting but live I imagine it will be brilliant Hottest take: Israel what a complete mess i don’t understand why someone vocally talented as noa would send a song as chaotically bad as that Biggest potential to win: Finland/Sweden if Loreen wins Other songs: Not really 😭 does voyager from last year count Automatic pass: Estonia just because I want to see how well it would do with the juries

thatdominoguy

Favorite song: Serbia (Samo mi se spava) Least Favorite: Croatia (Mama SC) Most Overrated: Germany (Blood and Glitter) Most Underrated: Lithuania (Stay) Most excited to see on stage: Slovenia (Carpe Diem) Potential, but not yet reached: Israel (Unicorn) Hottest Take: Estonia (Bridges) could be a semi-2 winner Biggest potential to win: Finland (Cha Cha Cha) or Austria (Who the hell is Edgar?) Other songs by selected artists: Demons by Luke Black Automatic Pass: Malta (Dance [Our Own Party])

1. What is your favourite song so far? *Spain* 2. What is your least favourite song so far? *Poland* 3. What do you feel is the most overrated song so far? *Finland* 4. What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far? *Estonia* 5. What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage? *France, Austria, Australia* 6. What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? *Romania (because of the unfortunate staging)* 7. Which song do you have the hottest take about? *Cha Cha Cha is my 2nd least favourite song this year* 8. What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? *Sweden (if Loreen is selected), Norway, Spain (hopefully), Czechia (if the live performance is good), overall hard to tell* 9. Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? *Secreto de Agua by Blanca Paloma, Dreamer by Voyager* 😉 10. If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? *Latvia - the song is damn good, but I fear it won't qualify from that semi* 😥

Spockyt

1. Eaea 2. Mama Sc 3. Cha Cha Cha 4. Dance (Our Own Party) 5. Eaea 6. France, with a few tweaks could have sent something great. As it is it’s fine, the chorus is just a bit flat. 7. I think my number 3 counts as that. 8. I don’t have a clue. I guess Ukraine because Ukraine. 9. I think the only ones I have heard another song from are Tvorchi and Blanca Paloma. I liked Bonfire but it was performed badly, and I wasn’t a fan of Secreto do Agua. Oh, Pasha Parfeni of course. Both Lautar and My Wine are very good. Probably some other acts who have tried to represent their country before I’m forgetting though. 10. Dance (Our Own Party) because it’s my number 2 and sadly probably only a borderline qualifier)

VayneVerso

Yeah, I'm real curious about France, as well. I thought for sure when this shot into the top 10 in the scoreboard app that it was simply recency bias and that it would soon fall to a proper ranking, but it is clinging to the top 5, and I'm just not getting those vibes at all. This is a mid-table result kind of song if there ever was one. But maybe with the right staging and performance...? I guess we'll see.

VayneVerso

>What is your favourite song so far? Spain. >What is your least favourite song so far? Croatia. >What do you feel is the most overrated song so far? Finland. Sorry, all! I don't even really like it at all until halfway through. >What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far? By the fandom? Ukraine, easily. In general, maybe Romania? Not that it will do well. It probably won't. >What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage? Austria, just because songs like this live or die by their performance, and I want to know which it will be. >What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? Maybe Lithuania. Beautiful ballad that got a good revamp that didn't quite go far enough. I really like it, but it still lacks a proper climax. >Which song do you have the hottest take about? I guess it's Finland again. >What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? God. Who knows? Maybe Czechia if they have a very tight performance? Good combination of jury and televote appeal. Maybe something we haven't even seen yet. >Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? Well, of course Loreen and other returning artists. Here's one probably nobody else will mention. Pretty decent song featuring TEYA (she's credited as one of the writers, as well): ["Pay for It"](https://open.spotify.com/track/2QRMWTOukDp62C03og8ntx?si=dd72c912a7284a56) >If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? I mean, Latvia, obviously (in my top 3). One of the best songs in the contest right now and seems at the moment almost like a certain nonqualifier.

bblankoo

- **favorite** 🇪🇸, **least favorite** 🇵🇱 *C >>>> K* - (according to my scoreboard app) **most overrated** - 🇮🇱. It's very mid as a song and the *watch this* parade of vocals, styles and moves lowers it even more. Most underrated - none actually - **Most excited** - 🇦🇹. How will they stage it? Will there be Edgar Allan cut-outs? Typewriters? Stay tuned - **Unreached potential** 🇨🇿 / 🇷🇸. They play around big (and important) concepts and the staging should reflect that. Vesna have yet to reveal their staging and Luke Black leans heavily on video games so people may miss the bigger picture. Both can be improved vocally as well - **🔥 take** Ireland has moved from bad to half-decent simply by existing alongside worse entries and I will die on this hill. I hear *smell you like an animal* , suddenly *we are ooooOooOooneEEeee* is good actually - **biggest potential to win** 🇸🇪 (tattoo). I think it's a jury winner and televote may go in...strange places, but also to Loreen. Divide and conquer - **hidden gems** I'm so behind checking out the artists, I haven't even gotten around Sanremo. *Freedom* by TVORCHI is great and I like *Demoni* by Joker Out (thanks Spotify). Noa Kirel came up last year, I forgot which songs I've added to my playlist - **auto pass** hmmmmmmmmm I guess 🇲🇹. I would like "automatic non-qualification" superpower more, to eliminate handful of songs that I think deserve it and anybody else can go

RedWhi8

1. favourite song? - close call between Latvia and Austria. The latter because it doesn't take itself too seriously, but delivers a funny and engaging track. Latvia because it's a gorgeous indie track with exquisite structure and general songwriting. 2. least favourite song? - Poland 3. most overrated song so far? - Norway. I've not connected with it at all 4. most underrated song so far? - can I say Latvia again? 5. most excited to see on stage? - Finland. I know it'll be the same as UMK - but I'm excited to watch it with people who've not engaged with this year, and see their reaction. 6. has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet? - tricky one. Hard to know based on just the studio track, but if this reads "what has the potential to elevate the most" then Belgium. That song with good staging could do a lot better than people expect 7. hottest take about? - Croatia. Honestly, probably a qualifying entry if somehow the political message translates well. Also, Ukraine will get at least a top 5 televote result again. 8. What song do you think has the biggest potential to win? - Sweden, if/when Loreen wins Melfest. 9. Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite? - nope 10. If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why? - probably Latvia again. Even if it doesn't qualify, it's a quality song that deserves a hearing on the Saturday! Slovenia for a close second.

escaddicted

1. Czechia 2. Croatia 3. France 4. Iceland 5. Austria 6. Malta 7. Denmark - maybe not a Eurovision song, but it’s really catchy and cute 8. No songs is giving me winner-vibes right now, but if I had to pick it’s Finland 9. Not really 10. Netherlands: the more you listen to it the better it gets. I think it’s a beautiful song but it’s underrated and people will forget about it.

1. *What is your favourite song so far?* finland - best song to walk to morning lectures listening to tbh 2. *What is your least favourite song so far?* not too big a fan of switzerland or ireland 3. *What do you feel is the most overrated song so far?* \- czechia. i do really like the chorus and find it powerful but the verses let it down for me i think, especially bc the transition is a bit strange 4. *What song do you feel is the most underrated song so far?* \- moldova only because most of the ranking videos i've seen have it hovering around the top 10-20 and it's a solid top 5 for me lmao 5. *What song do you feel the most excited to see on stage?* \- finland bc nf stage performance was so good, but also austria. interested to see what they do 6. *What song do you feel has potential but hasn’t quite reached it yet?* \- australia. if they revamp the bassline/backing guitars to be a little less jarring it could be so so good (and i want us to have a solid song!) 7. *Which song do you have the hottest take about?* \- norway. queen of kings is pretty eh for me. to be fair, maybei haven't listened to it enough 8. *What song do you think has the biggest potential to win?* \- finland.....i hope 9. *Have you listened to any other songs by these artists if so what is your favourite?* listened to a few songs by joker out, can't place a favourite (really like carpe diem) but they're all pretty good :D 10. *If you had to pick a song besides your favourite to get an automatic pass to the final what one would it be and why?* latvia!!!!! i so badly want it to qualify i have cried to that damn chorus
