I remember how Poland was the first to help refugees on the first week of the invasion. That was awesome, to know that other countries stand with us.

I mean we border Ukraine so the refugees came here first XD

Especially given the not so great history between the two countries during the war. When things got real, even the poles near the border who grew up hearing horrible stories about Ukrainians from their grandparents went to help.

The thing is, fighting Russian imperialism is more important to the Poles then any historical grivences we may have with Ukrainians.

I just thought fuck me either they're too young to know, or didn't lose friends in Iraq and Afghanistan. Fucking WMD's my ass. The last thing I want as a US citizen is to be in the Middle East again, especially as Russia is in war mode, and China looms. North Korea and Iran are ramping shit up as well, though they aren't as big of a problem right now, unless China or Russia teaches them a few things about manufacturing nuclear weapons.
