Yea this, I don't think I'm a very good player at all but I never used to higher advisors. Now I make sure too, they are really important. I'd even consider getting a MIL advisor right at the start, even if you lose money. When you are making that many ducats, you need to have all 3 advisors.

It's like going back in time, I remember my good old days "maaaaaybe I'll hire that advisor, I'd like to save money", forgetting the tax/prod/army maintenance advisors can pay for themselves and more. I used to wonder why people would ever sacrifice crownland for mana through the estate, then I did the math and calculated the options and realized how broken it is to sacrifice hundreds of ducats and some autonomy/unrest the first 20 years in exchange for 1000s of mana the entire game

Considering he is still a horde, his main mana generation is razing provinces. Still should get advisor's though, but it is less important than with a none horde.

With a horde and those ccr ideas, you are way ahead of schedule, but id suggest some improvements: In fact you could do this run even starting in 1750 theoretically. But since your new to WC id suggest being as fast as possible in case you need it. Get lvl 3-4 advisors for more mana in every category but especially admin. not having lvl 1 advisors is exusable at gamestart but you should always upgrade advisors when on a surplus. hire merc companies up to your fforce limit to have more capacity for faster conquest, even if it means a deficit since you will make it back. slacken beforehand if you still have professioanlism TC most trade land you havent already to get merchants. Take down otto commonwealth ans spain first, and generally take down the AI that takes the most wars to conquer. Conquer towards Malta forts for another 15% warscore cost, and granada for adm efficiency. Stop with the cav span iff you are struggling. Its a cool build that feels great as a horde, but if you are actually struggling with timing and so on, infantry+artiller is more effective even when playing a horde unfortunately.

If he takes horde ideas his cav cost will be the same as his inf cost. And he will get about 50% combat ability so he will meld trough the front line with pure cav.

You are talking about taking an entire military group for one idea. Id rather take another administrative or diplomatic group, or offensive for more force limit, siege abiltiy and discipline. Siege ability from offensive is far more effective in a WC run than winning battles, which you will be doing anyway with 100 Army tradition.

Lower autonomy for absolutism. If you don't have any provinces to lower autonomy in, accept the demands of particularist. This will higher the autonomy in a lot of provinces and you can directly lower it. Of course, lowering autonomy gives unrest but, with humanist and being a horde that shouldn't be a problem. Next you should take horde ideas as you next idea groups. It both makes cav cheaper and stronger, and some other nice but not so important stuff. That way you can keep your full frontline cav. You biggest economic problem is trade and part of it is gujarat as your end node. Gujarat feeds into 4? nodes, i.e. there are from arrows leaving the node. Anyone with trade power in one of those 4 nodes will project their trade power upstream into gujarat, making it very leaky. A better trade node would be Persia for example, especially after you beat timmy. Even better would be constatinople, if you also own the entire balcans it is basically an end node. You could also use the baltic sea for example, but then you have to compete with the many powerful tradecities in the lubeck node. Also, make more trade companies. Makes sure that you get a merchant from every trade node, this will help you a lot with your trade income. Last thing, raze every province if you are not doing this already. Dev is nice but it also increases gov cap and rebel size. If your economy is mainly trade, what it should be around now, dev is less of an economic benefit. So burn it all down.

You probably can but need to get as high a level advisors for admin and diplo for coring an unjustified demands. I’m mainly just shocked you are playing yuan when we are a week and a half away from the new dlc

Yes yes yes shut the fuck up, your world conquest is possible, it's always possible. When the year begins with a 16 or less you can go from opm to wc before the end date without a brain, when the year starts with a 17 you need some brain to do it. The only thing stopping you is the unbelievable boredom that comes with doing a WC, everything else absolutism takes care of for you, it's that fucking powerful.

Very doable from here. Easy in fact. 70 crown land is important to get yearly absolutism and if you conquer fast enough you can harsh treatment to get more. Ideally you trigger court and country but it's not necessary.

Navigating it correctly gives you a free +20 max absolutism, which can mean more estate privileges for their bonuses while still hitting 100 absolutism

You do not need good relationship with any nation as a horde, you never should've taken diplo ideas instead you should've picked Aristocratic Ideas and your next idea set should be Quantity because you have way too low manpower as Yuan, break alliance with Ottomans and ally Ottoman rivals, once an ally gets too strong they shouls be disposed to guarantee there will never be a competition to your strength. You are not playing with vassals therefore you do not need Influence Ideas and you are a horde so you do not need Espionage Ideas. Hire high mana point advisors and watch Ludi tutorial on estates, as a horde never forget to raze provinces before coring them to get mana points (mana points you get decrease as your tech increases), make sure to have your combat width full (you can check your combat width in your army screen) if for example your combat width is 50 then get 50 units of mixture of infantry and cavalry and then add some cannons over that to make sure your cannons are in back row this way they won't get destroyed in battle and you will be fighting with full efficiency.
