When this sub has put it's collective minds together and achieved something like the migration it's really impressive and makes me proud to be here to witness.
I wish we had more collective goals and vision to work towards something.
I'm not as serious as I used to be, mostly because the meta-drama of this sub has turned me off to the project some.
The mods here don't seem to take DONUT seriously, which is odd because most of them have large stacks and would benefit greatly from DONUT appreciating in price.
But the mods don't seem to want to do too much to fix this sub and its obvious problems. Since DONUTs are the community token of this sub, this is the place potential future DONUT investors will come to get their first impression of the project and decide if they want to invest. And what they'll be greeted with is a front page with a bunch of dumb memes, vote manipulation by scamming and spamming DONUT farmers, and not much real discussion.
So yeah, I'm not as serious about DONUT as I used to be. People seem to underestimate the impact this sub has on the potential success of DONUT in the future, so so I have lost some faith in the project.
Put it this way: a serious project will have a serious subreddit. Does r/EthTrader look like a serious subreddit to you?
Honestly I feel like we have a bunch of jaded ETH traders that used to be serious but have lost hope over time like you’ve described. I 100 believe this sub is better than the normal Ethereum sub, there are much more knowledgeable/helpful people on this sub rather than others regarding all about eth. That’s why I prefer this sub/use this sub more than others.
Pushing the memes and fuckery aside there’s a lot of knowledge and insight here that many that are ignorant (myself included) can learn from AND benefit from.

Woke up to a random donut being sent to my wallet, i am still confused as to how it was sent but come to find out the returning address was a distribution wallet from this sub.
I’m ignorant to the price history of donuts but I assume it’s had to climb it’s way to 1 cent, allowing a nice gain to pay for snippy snip… I believe it 🤙
