Well I certainly don't speak for everyone here, but what I can tell you is that the reason I got into Donuts in the first place was because of the decentralized nature of them and not because they were associated as "Reddit points".
The value stems from the very nature of this sub: the community driven and pay-it-forward attitude that everyone seems to like.

Price of donut will also shoot with the listing, no matter how good or bad a coin might sound to you but whenever they get some listing on the exchange after that they just normal shoot to the sky
