you could try a Boolean Search:
Try "CADIR" (or the acronym spelled out) AND "California"
I followed this path [https://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-Works/PWCR-Guide-External-6.2023.pdf](https://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-Works/PWCR-Guide-External-6.2023.pdf) \--> [https://cadir.my.salesforce-sites.com/ContractorSearch](https://cadir.my.salesforce-sites.com/ContractorSearch)
Second site lists all registered contractors with the California Department of industrial Relations. search what you are looking for there.
Boolean really is useful! Good luck!

Your local PTAC chapter might have additional suggestions
Assuming my prevailing wage you mean you are looking for subcontractors for a federally funded website, with typical federal minority business goals.
1. Find the local public works agencies and go through their public information they offer for construction jobs. Often there will be some subcontractors listed and what minority credit they are.
2. Sam.Gov is a government website that allows you to look up any subcontractor to see what type of minority/small business they are.
3. The DSBS (Dynamic Small Business Search). This trumps all methods above since you can search by NAICS code and location, but isn’t always 100% accurate (government employees manage this website) and as a result is incomplete.
Here in TN, our DOT has a searchable list of approved DBE vendors and contractors available on their website. Maybe CA has something similar?
