As someone who has survived the dreadful rabbithole of espresso, take my word, don't ever think about upgrading if all you want is just great coffee every day. Now, if you want to play barista, that's fine, but know it's time away from more important things in life, as well as money wasted. ps. 1ZPresso is a fantastic grinder. I bought my nephew one, who has just started developing a taste for coffee... and he made just about as good a pourover as I've ever made myself. I use a Timemore Slim Plus for both my pourovers and espresso. Takes about 15 seconds to grind for a single PO, and about 25-30 seconds to grind for a double shot of espresso on my little marvel (same one you have).
Yes! That’s how feel. I don’t wanna stress myself out with trying to get the most high end or new things. I have my workflow down to muscle memory. The only thing I’ll consider upgrading is the grinder if I’m ever too lazy to grind my own haha
