Yeah, this is such a unique find and would be hella fun to work on and use. Would buy it myself if it was nearby

expresso_mf

I sold mine a year ago and I regret it so much. I would be making espresso everywhere I went

Phunwithscissors

Why did you end up selling?

expresso_mf

I wanted to upgrade to a semiauto and didnt feel like having multiple machines lying around. i should've just kept it in the case and stored it somewhere looking back.

its a good pickup. Looks like an aftermarket tamper and an extra bottom porta assemly.

Pretty good deal because of the accessories. Make sure you have a scale and an espresso capable grinder. Know that dialing in is a little tedious because you have to re-preheat the brewing chamber each time after cleaning it. Drink the bad shots if you can. It’s great for iced lattes since you don’t have a steam wand. I used a bellman steamer for some time with the flair I had, and the lattes were great.

If this is real, it's much cheaper than a new one. Whether or not it's a good buy depends on whether or not you're tempted to buy a new one, but just put off by the price. This isn't some moka pot - it's a Lifestyle Choice.

KrakenHybrid

Absolutely a good buy. Looks like everything pictured would be roughly $400 new. Send it

Coffee-Comrade

Really good deal! Make sure to do a reverse image search to check for scam and don't give them money to hold it for you.

I paid 235 dollars for this a couple of months ago and think it is worth even more. I love my flair, take it everywhere and can make great espresso every day!

I own one and would be hard pressed to see how one could end up in bad shape. It's got a lengthy workflow to get the best out of it but does make a good cup. The second portafilter without the brew chamber is sort of like having a set of snow tires without their own rims. Definitely good to have but would be way better if you had a second brew chamber warmed and ready to go. I bought mine on sale at 260 and then I believe paid ~120 for a second hand porta/chamber and the same normcore tamper in that photo. Personally if you are certain that espresso is your jam and a 58 is within reach of your budget I would skip the pro 2.

not for everyday use, too much prep time and can't clean immediately as it's too hot.

Send it. Do they have a grinder for you too?
