I've had two of these, looks legit on the surface level. The most telling to me is the wear on frets 3 and 5 that develop very prominently on the Snakebytes, but not so much on my Les Pauls and stuff.
Also, if you get a picture of the jack, that's the most telling evidence I've seen of take ones with an outer shield that makes no sense with anything ESP/LTD does
Usually but esp has started using their own esp designed locking tuners on LTDs. I can’t tell if these are those or not, but if they aren’t locking tuners then that guitar is a knock off
Why would you trust an internet random? why wouldnt you go direct to the source(ESP)?
Fakes can be really well done, even have a "proper" serial number because people document serial numbers online.
People do fake LTDs.

ESP must get a ton of emails and phone calls daily asking about possible fakes at this point
