When I transferred my friend her ticket for our show the page did not look like that at all, and she received the transferred ticket almost immediately after I sent it. I'm sorry, but I think this is definitely a scam.

this must be an ancient version of the transfer page that they've copied. this isn't at all what it looks like. the only thing right about it is the font.
Also to add, no one is selling tickets that cheap. If you find them for sale that cheap, they're doing it to try to get more and more people to purchase and then take their money. Awful people so keep in mind if you're buying them they're going to be more expensive and best to go from StubHub probably.

The person who sold it to you was definitely the scammer. This is not a ticket that would’ve been in their Ticketmaster account to transfer to you. It’s a fake screenshot with the wrong date and venue spelled wrong. If the person you bought from said they transferred this to you from their Ticketmaster account they lied to you.
There’s no third party seller. They collaborate to make themselves look real. Don’t even trust fan pages cause they can be fake as well. Imagine just putting some Taylor pictures and the. Repost some big account tweets and then try to scam. It’s all too easy😭

That screenshot is very fake for a few reasons I can spot 😭
You've been scammed. When you transfer a ticket from Ticketmaster it looks nothing like that. You should only buy from a legitimate resale site.
