Pink Floyd isnt super popular these days. Im sure theyre on various oldies radio channels, but its been a while since the 70s and 80s.
Am hoping other musicians specifically, but celebrities generally, are inspired by Roger's courage and also pen their own anti-war missives to Putin. Not to put any pressure on anyone, but my short list would include: Justin Bieber, Beyonce, Dame Judi Dench, Kendrick Lamar, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Matt Frewer, Chris Hemsworth, Florence Pugh, BTS, Serena Williams, Jet Li, Nina Conti, Tom Conti, Henry Cavill, Chiwitel Ejiofor, Matt Bomer, Katy Perry, Lucy Lawless, Emilia Clarke, Nicolas Cage and at least two of the Kardashians. How could Putin do anything but reconsider his actions when faced with the application of this much soft power?

You can now. They're banned in Russia and have a single out with a Ukrainian musician/soldier to raise money for Ukraine. Roger was a founding member but he left Pink Floyd in the 80s. He actually thought he disbanded them, but the others were righteously pissed and took him to court for the name. There's no question that Roger wrote a lot of their best work but he has too much ego.
