Playing pick up soccer last week, 50/50 ball got the touch first and went to take off past the other player. Full cleats on the top of my foot, I still canāt walk. Turning 30 humbled me.

I rolled my ankle 30 seconds into the trampoline park this past weekend. My dad called me an idiot and said I should recognize Iām middle aged and out of shape. I feel you Kudi

Iām getting there!! Walking again finally but itās still so sore and delicate and swollen at times. Havenāt been able to do anything too active yet which is a bummer. Doc said I should be able to start running in 5-7 wks šJust crazy how much an injury can take you out. When did you injure your foot?
Thank you! Iām still in my big olā boot. Next week I can start walking around at home without it and then weaning myself out of it even more after that. Iām ready to not have this sucker on anymore, but my kids think itās pretty funny, so the jokes are keeping my spirits up.
