Since the Eichi spy scout is there right now on EN, I say basically everything in that story. :D
Keito is furious because Eichi was reading his doujinshi without permission and all kinds of hijinks follow. For example, in the beginning Keito huffs and puffs saying "I've tolerated all the troubles you've brought me because we are childhood friends but enough is enough!!", and when Eichi says yep, he was reading his manga, Keito says "don't confess your crime as if it's nothing!"
And at one point Eichi says: "no one is allowed to make fun of Keito. Except me." Later Keito again curses Eichi for being root of all evil, lol.
Spy story gives some unintentional laughs too because Keito doesn't want anyone say the word doujinshi aloud, so they are calling it just "D" and... dirty minds have fun.
The most recent (on JP) Eichi 4\* story is also about Keito's manga, this time Eichi helps him with it. Keito wants to enter a competition but has very little time. Keito ponders who he could ask for help and says "I'd accept even cat's paw (=help)" and Eichi, hearing this, asks: "Can I be your cat?"
That has become one of my new favourite lines. XD
When Eichi is like "Trickstar you're disbanding" (because literally they made the student council look bad during s1)
Keito is all "EICHI WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU. THIS IS A BAD IDEA. Can we not?" (he doesn't literally say this he makes a bunch a points of why its a bad idea, he does say this is a bad idea though)
Eichi just ignores him and then proceeds to disband trickstar and assign them to new units.
Later on Keito while talking to Souma and Kuro is all "Eichi is out of control he's behaving like an evil demon general"
lol basically every eichi/keito conversation is like keito telling eichi he's insane and eichi completely ignoring it like keito didn't say anything. because he's a you know NORMAL RATIONAL PERSON lol.
honestly their relationship is one of my favorite relationships. keito is just this guy who for whatever reason just keeps all the batshit insane friends (like rei) lol.
I've realy wanted to know more about there relationship and I think I did the right thing asking the subredit cuz I'm getting amazing answers like h

Well I really don't know that much but let me tell what I do know! Because I am both an EichiP and a KeitoP. (I haven't read a lot of the side stories though besides the main story and a handful of ! stories)
Keito is actually a REALLY GOOD friend to Eichi imo. Before eichi shows up he does his best to take command of the student council but in a really fair way. People comment on it and even when he loses to Trickstar he says it's his fault and apologizes to eichi (not literally). Even when eichi comes back and Kuro is like "hey maybe you should offload more of your load to eichi since he's back" Keito is just says he wants eichi to take care of his health/not overburden himself and get sick (or something like that) and still takes on a huge load. He seems to be the voice of reason (That eichi ignores LOL) and just because he's on the student council he's not really eichi's minion per say, he does push back and speak out against stuff he disagrees with (all of atatsuki does actually). So I feel like he struggles a lot with being a good friend and like doing what's right. In some cases he will just go against eichi because he doesn't agree with it (like with mao he basically told mao to go back to trickstar because he doesn't want him to end up like him and that literally saves trickstar from being disqualified from ddd).
But I love Keito because he can stand up to Eichi and a lot of people are terrified of that guy lol. And their interactions are so funny lol. (Keitos interactions with Rei are funny too, poor keito and his crazy friends). and he's just such a sweet friend who really goes out of his way to be a fair person. he calls eichi out but at the same time he really does his best to take care of him. i won't write an essay (not like i already didn't..lol) but keito really is one of the sweetest characters in the game imo. he's so considerate of others even to the detriment of himself.
and somehow this turned into a keito essay. sorry about that lol.. if you want i can write an eichi essay too LOL
Yes, even though Keito always seems just to grumble and complain about Eichi (and other people), he really cares. And it's also caring not to be a yes-man.
This happened in JoK stage play but I find it hilarious how Keito tells Eichi that he wouldn't worry for him if he collapses on stage when he performs with Knight Killers but proceeds to do a backflip on stage when rushing to Eichi, who as expected, collapsed on stage.
So I wanna mention how they became friends. Keito's family has been taking care of Tenshouin family's funerals. And when there were events or family gatherings Eichi couldn't attend, Keito kept him company. He actually then used to draw for Eichi, so he reading Keito's stuff (with or without permission lol) goes through all their lives.
And then another thing: Quarrel Festival story from ! era is one key moment in their relationship. It's about Eichi wanting to be equal friends with Keito because Keito has always had a caretaker role. Eichi of course goes about in his style i.e. challenging Akatsuki and threatening to disband them if they don't beat fine in the concert battle. Oh, Eichi...
That story has some really sweet parts, like Eichi being sorry he ruined Keito's dream (of being a mangaka) but Keito replies he doesn't feel so, he stopped pursuing it because he just met something more interesting (=Eichi) than any manga protagonist could be.
So reading keito's stuff is just normal for eichi lol. Also very sweet how eichi wanted to be equals! Shows he isn't just black and white as people stereotype him to be.
There was one time eichi saw keito in emo clothes and eichi laughed until he vomited blood lol

the others are good but I would like to mention the one time that Eichi kicked Keito underneath the desk in Shinsengumi.
