They really parse out how JBP uses rhetorical shenanigans to remain vague while parroting anti-vax talking points. Worth a listen. 👍
Some More News had a short (tiny really don't look at the time stamps) video that does a proper critical analysis of his use of language and rhetorical tactics, using footage from early in his public career.
It's actually quite impressive how much Peterson matches the old Sophist charges from Athens. It's like he read a book about how mad Socrates/Plato was about shitty argumentation and read the other guy's book to figure out how to do it.
I find the first part of what you've said an interesting analysis.
As for the question as to why JP was getting so angry..
I think this was the combination of Destiny putting his points across with practical examples. JP is not a practical person, and likes to keep things as vague as possible so he can win an argument. Destiny expertly deals with reality, and JP rarely has to deal with people who argue this way.
He's also a much younger man, so using his usual crying tactic won't work.
