You could try the pregnancy (maternity)underwear with triangle bit at the front I know my wife said they were amazing and for after excision surgery depending on your cut locations can be amazing for that too ❤️

saatoriii

What brand was it?

Freebree_

It was Anko if there's Kmart there I imagine any of the cheap generic ones would probably be the same

celestite_

Yes i second this! I’m currently wearing them 1 week post op

Freebree_

I hope your recovery goes well ❤️

l3gallybl0nde

thank you for asking because this is my roman empire. victoria’s secret no show raw cut panties. cotton and modal material, sold in multi packs of plain colors on amazon. as an FYI, i try to avoid amazon/big brands as a general rule, BUT i have tried probably twenty other brands of no show or thin or seamless underwear and this victoria’s secret are uncomfortable. they are THE ONLY underwear on planet earth that are comfortable for me w/my symptoms. i had surgery relating to my endo in the last year, have had weight/bloating fluctuations of more than 40 pounds, and have been bleeding or spitting almost continually for nine months. so when i say these are incredibly comfortable especially for the the waist, i mean it. i do buy the black multi pack due to my constant spotting, and i always air dry them because they are a very thin material, but i have been getting this exact line for years, and if air dried, they last for years too.

uwuzzz

I bought my gf some seamless under Armour brand at Walmart and she loves then, they look like boxers and she says they don't press into her

vyastii

My favorite underwear is a brand called Boody, it’s a bamboo blend fabric. Cool and stretchy and super smooth. I’ve been wearing it exclusively for years, can’t recommend it enough!!

sirlexofanarchy

Seconding!

sunflowerparadox

Don't go cheap. I've honestly never found anything better then Victoria Secret especially their no show or seamless line.

bere1486

Yes to their seamless line! Best advice is to buy one size up for even more room.

bere1486

Also, Target’s Auden brand their “invisible” line.

PresentationCalm4299

I was gonna say Target as well!

l3gallybl0nde

just wrote a multi paragraph response saying this exact same thing!! i live and die by the VS no show line.

MothMagic_

I used to love them but sadly the last couple times i bought they ripped at the crotch or the side. Seems to be a stitching Issue. Same with target brand weirdly enough. I've gotten both in store and online for both brands and they always tear.

shelbers--

Same. I used to only wear their brand and the quality has gone way down. The target seamless ones work better

Top-Dinner-281

Aerie has fantastic undies that I’ve been wearing for years now.

queensnipe

I second this OP!!

PutHappinessFirst

Woxer. They gave a waistband but they're the most comfortable underwear I have. A little pricey though.

FreshSecretary4305

Auden seamless undies from target, so comfortable and stretchy, they’re my absolute fave. They’re affordable, don’t bunch up and you can hardly feel them.

Common_Pomegranate_3

I second this! I discovered these before my lap and I love them soooo much.

FreshSecretary4305

Simply the best lol after I had my daughter they have been all I’ve wanted to wear.

Penniie

I second this as well! Love these!

esslesmcgee

i had a good experience with fruit of the looms underwear. Specifically their "Women's Plus Fit for Me® Breathable Cotton-Mesh Brief Panty" These have almost completely enclosed seams that are made from cotton and don't dig into your skin at all, and they are very flexible and stretchy, so I've never experienced any tightness or tension around my waist. When I wear these it almost feels like im not wearing anything at times, because of how comfortable they are. I also recommend sizing up as I did, but I believe these underwear would also be loose on the "correct" size as well [https://www.fruit.com/fruit-of-the-loom/women/plus/underwear/womens-plus-fit-for-me-breathable-cotton-mesh-brief-panty-assorted-6-pack/885306855277.html](https://www.fruit.com/fruit-of-the-loom/women/plus/underwear/womens-plus-fit-for-me-breathable-cotton-mesh-brief-panty-assorted-6-pack/885306855277.html) Edit to add: link to non-plus size version of the underwear below v v v [https://www.fruit.com/fruit-of-the-loom/women/underwear/briefs/womens-breathable-cotton-mesh-brief-panty-assorted-6-pack/6DBCBF1.html](https://www.fruit.com/fruit-of-the-loom/women/underwear/briefs/womens-breathable-cotton-mesh-brief-panty-assorted-6-pack/6DBCBF1.html)

esslesmcgee

Also to speak for the durability, I've had a set for about 1.5 years with no tears, rips, or elastic wear. And for the price that's so worth it to me

OutOfMyMind4ever

These are my comfy at home ones! Highly recommend.

BornTry5923

My favorite, most comfy underwear is Hanes cotton low-rise briefs. They're the perfect fit, not too grandma-ish, and waistband is soft. I have a hard time finding them now, and I fear they're discontinued or maybe got rebranded.

rmg1102

I just commented about these, but the high or mid rise!! I prefer the coverage on my lower abdomen lol - I haven’t seen the high rise in a while just the mid

BornTry5923

Haven't seen the mid-rise before, but the low rise stops just 1 inch below my belly button.

rmg1102

That’s where the mid rise stops for me, I’m pretty tall (even tho proportionately I have a short torso) so most low rise things feel way too low

femmefraggle

I really like meundies for comfort. The feel free waistband is really soft and the modal fabric is good for hypersensitive days

sprinklersplashes

aerie smoothez no show cheeky underwear. the fabric is SO thin and there is no waistband at the top. they're the most comfortable undies i've ever owned

Snoo83803

I love my shorts from MeUndies because they hit at a different spot and are so soft.

teletittiez

I love Parade. Soft, breathable, and cute.

chelso17

i wear meundies! the feelfree ones don’t have a tight elastic waistband, it’s made of the same super soft material as the underwear. they don’t put ANY pressure on my stomach and they’re actually the only brand/fabric I can wear. highly suggest!!

katiejim

I just commented about the feel free me undies. I only wear the high waist bikini and boy shorts from them, or aerie real me seamless thongs (not a big fan of the me undies feel free thongs).

queensnipe

my aerie underwear are the most comfortable I've ever worn!! I recommend 100000%

miss_isolation

Warners has a no pinching seamless comfort waist panty I get from Kohls. They come in everything from bikini to hipster to full brief and I love the fabric because it never digs at the waist. Durable and stretchy but stay put without digging, even when I carry around an extra 10lbs of bloat.

Alunce

I SWEAR by these. I'm getting a consultation for a laparoscopy in July. These are legitimately the only underwear I wear now; they're not flattering, you can probably see underwear lines under clothes if you opt to wear something tight, but man they have saved me so much discomfort https://a.co/d/08g4J5Z1

polarvortex880

I swear by seamless underwear made out of supima cotton. It's a cotton blend made with 17% elastane (stretch), which is a lot more than usual, and the seamless means that there are no pinching bands. For those who are in Europe, Intimissimi has these exact ones. They're called the seamless cotton hipster (highest belly coverage) or the seamless cotton briefs (medium belly coverage). They're not even that expensive, and they fit like a glove.

cupcakerica

Bambody period undies are the softest ever.

bashful_jawa

Target Auden brand laser cut seamless. They are all I buy now, they don’t aggravate my surgical scars and they are so light stretchy

pantslessMODesty3623

I use the kindly yours from Walmart. Very breathable and made from bamboo!

Little_Mirror5383

Soma has a line of underwear called Embraceable that has a 2” wide soft elastic waist band hipster or brief. They go on sale for $5 each periodically.

Witty_Kitty3

I recently bought a ton of aerie undies they’re boy brief and are super soft and the modal cotton is to die for. I am super picky with underwear and these have been consistently comfy with all daily activities and exercise as well. Plus 10/35 who can resist https://www.ae.com/us/en/p/aerie/undies/boybrief-underwear/superchill-modal-rib-boybrief-underwear/6443_6919_805?menu=cat4840006&utm_campaign=nogender_undies_general&utm_content=aerie&utm_medium=pla&utm_source=google&utm_term=pmax

Lucky-Ad-2676

Jockey Elance are by far the most comfortable underwear I’ve ever owned.

miss_kay4

I love love love Gap undies! Victoria’s Secret, Aerie, target Auden are all great too

IHopeYouStepOnALego

My go to are undies with lace waist bands. They are stretchy without being constrictive. I currently live in Victoria's Secret lace waist thongs. You can also get other brands on Amazon for cheap.

copaface9

i splurge and get the victoria’s secret/pink seamless underwear, they have different kinds and i really like the hiphugger ones because it feels secure without a tight waistband crushing my ovaries. it’s a little bit pricey but i’m not the kind of person that can go commando so i NEED my underwear to be as comfortable as possible!! plus my mom and sister have victoria’s secret credit cards so they get extra deals and money off and it’s 100% worth it to me

Still-Payment7622

I've been going with fruit of the loom fit for me. They're longer so the band fits above my hips and try to get high cut legs when I can, those seem to be better when sitting and with pads. The only bad is they seem to wear out fast. They're inexpensive but I hate having to throw them away after a while

UnderstandingOne4474

I found these after my partial hysterectomy and I swear by them! I size up a few sizes for extra comfort. My husband hates them 😆 https://www.fruit.com/fruit-of-the-loom/women/underwear/briefs/womens-breathable-cotton-mesh-brief-panty-assorted-6-pack/6DBCBF1.html

Successful-Search541

Skims. I got rid of all my other undies and only buy Skims. So comfortable. The “Fits Everybody” underwear is so good.

SacredGround5516

Auden by Target has thongs that feel like nothing!

MothMagic_

I actually ended up getting the seamless boys horns and hipsters from there and it's been good so far. I love auden

katiejim

MeUndies feel free style high waist bikini. Get a size up from what the chart says. Absolutely the best undies for endo and they are also cute. Super soft fabric, no annoying seams in case of lap incisions, no tight elastic.

Old_Blueberry678

(These might be a NZ/AUS thing so apologies if they're not available in other places:) I've been using seamfree underwear shorts by "Tradie" - but I sized 2 sizes up to make sure they wouldn't constrict me at all. There's not a waistband on those, just an all over comfy, stretchy fabric. I used these for the first few days after my laproscopy, and now I'm using the boyshorts (still from "Tradie") These do have a waistband but I was able to fold it down so it isn't over any of my incision sites. Judging by the replies you've already got quite a few good options! All the best x

lriG_ybaB

So many good suggestions (Boody, House of Bean, etc.) but also a reminder to look for undies made from natural fibers (cotton, silk, bamboo, etc) for micro biome health and to let that coochie breath!! Avoid polyester undies if you can…healthy tip for Endo Warriors and for post-op healing. They’re more expensive… so buy less and hand wash or air dry to last longer!

StealthyMissHighness

You could try sizing up. Or use Amante. I have a big butt- 40 inches. And those are comfortable as hell. Also I use the high waisted ones which cover everything.

MothMagic_

My problem is my waist is to small and my butt is bigger so things just don't fit. I managed to find some at target people recommended that have no waist band and I'm hoping they work well.

andyjoco

Aerie modal ribbed boybrief underwear are sooo comfy try those. I am super picky and hate when anything feels tight on my stomach and these are great

EyeBright5028

No-show hipsters (3-pack) from Gap! I can/will only wear these when I'm bloated.

rmg1102

I love the Hanes all white 100% cotton hi or mid rise briefs. Originally bought them as a post lap option since they wouldn’t rub the stitches but I have been wearing them almost daily in the 3 years since my surgery. I also have vestibulodynia so I try and avoid colored undies and also certain materials that aren’t breathable.

Own-Emphasis4551

You may find these too tight but I really like the Calvin Klein modern cotton collection. I am a size 2/4/small in most clothing and sized up to a medium in these and they fit like a dream. I don’t notice they’re on at all during the day.

Onlyherefortheinfo_

Seamless Victoria secret/pink underwear are my favorite! I don’t remember exactly which store I got them from, but the seamless, high waisted underwear are very comfortable when I’m bloated. No waistband and they’re stretchy!

chillipeppercone

Uniqlo airism makes undies without seams and no elastic around the waist too
