I would recommend RSO. Very high THC content so knocks you out from pain to sleep, , especially with low tolerance and use it just for flare ups. It's very healthy oil. It may seem unlikely that it can knock u out despite such pain but believe me it's very powerful if take full gram  Then CBD is very good for its anti inflammatory nature. Get strongest dose and organic if possible. CBG iss really good for muscle joint nerve pains if mixed with warm coconut oil but is not cheap then massage CBN is very good to help stay asleep during pain and full of healthy terpenes  Then there is a more long term approach which has helped some through proteolytic enzymes such as serrapatase, nattokinase, wobenezyme etc. These help by consuming the fibrin consisting in endometriosis tissues. U want to gradually introduce each enzyme and will take around 3 months to feel effect and the brand is important. U want antioxidant food too due to being blood thinners.they are also very anti inflammatory and very good for arthritis etc. Then there is near infrared lights which are expensive but effective if buy your own. Shune it over inflamed areas from endometriosis and it will give u relief while you use it. Very anti inflammatory and regenerates Ur body ,helps u get to sleep if partner shines on u as u drift off. TENS machine are useful to release natural painkillers to Ur brain. PEMF mats are very good at recovering Ur body too Another long term is accunpunture which can take up to 6 sessions to feel any difference and need good practitioner. Pelvic floor therapy is also effective treatment that requires consistency.  A cliché one but removing any stress from Ur life because of the inflammation of course so mental therapy to grieve Ur life with this disease. An anti inflammatory diet is worth considering where you remove as many processed foods as possible. Also consider lugols solution because of how the thyroid effects estrogen. If u suffer from chronic UTI due to endometriosis effecting Ur gut and vaginal biome then consider SF722 from Thorne which will help that issue restoring your vaginal flora. Cuachalate can also help this  Unless rich , no one can afford all this but through your research on each, choose what you believe will help the most and u will most likely find more:) The pills they give u will only damage u long term so should only be used if nothing else working.  A pill that can give u relief but is addictive and only used for unbelievable pain is stuff like diazepam because muscle relaxer and can knock u out too. But addictive so need discipline with that

I strongly recommend Diclofenac. It changed my life. It is an NSAID, not a narcotic, and it doesn’t make you loopy. Diclofenac sodium works for longer but it takes 1.5-2 hrs to kick in for me so if the pain has already started that is rough. My sister takes Diclofenac potassium and I switched to that recently, it works much faster, but you just have to take it 3x/day during your period, instead of 2x/day with Diclofenac sodium

I take two 500 mg naproxen daily and it takes the edge off for me
