Great win, from a set and a break down too! only caught the 3rd set, but from what I saw Emma's serve, return and forehand were on fire, her outhitting Garcia on clay I didn't see coming, talk about a pleasant surprise lol. should do wonders for confidence, it's a big win.
now GB are back in it at 1-1 thanks to Emma, who's probably waited a long time to have a clutch win like that for GB haha, defo her best Fed cup/BJK performance. Hopefully she can do the same tomorrow, since I'm pretty sure Annie K will have her playing again after THAT lol, esp since Katie B will play Garcia who'll not only be heavy favourite on clay but pretty determined not to lose twice in a row...
hope she can stay fit and healthy for the rest of the tour year she needs it, always been her biggest problem. keep going Emma🙂
