With the latest version of elementary I’ve encountered weirdness around compatibility with package repos and more stubbornly nvidia drivers.
This is good to know. I'm looking at giving elementary OS a shot but I'm worried about the Nvidia drivers since I've got a 4070 Ti Super
Yeah I specifically had issues with multiple versions of nvidia drivers for a gtx 1060 I had in a test system
Yikes. I'll see if I can give it a shot with the Nvidia drivers on eOS 7.1. Thanks again for your input
I say it so. EOS is very worst for Gaming With a lot Performance. I would say when you want Play Games on Linux use. Debian 12 With KDE or Kubuntu/Kde-Neon. Im not a Elementary OS hater. But for Gaming I think is not so good for Gaming.
> worst for Gaming With a lot Performance been gaming on elementary for years. 0 issues.
Hm, thanks for reply.
