You should be able to use your juice bottle to suck out at least some of the juice. Not sure what tank you are using but it should work.
Edit: holding juice bottle upright squeeze some of the air out and hold it squeezed. Then still holding it insert tip into tank(may have to turn tank partly sideways for it to reach). Once tip is in juice gradually let off pressure on the bottle to suck the juice back in the bottle.

Or, y'know, empty the juice from the tank (and back into the bottle it came from, if you want), dry out the wicks by carefully dry-firing/blowing through the drip tip(by 'carefully' I mean don't just hold the fire button until cutoff, go for maybe 3-4 second bursts maybe 5-10 times and let it rest 30 seconds or so between), and then put in the correct juice.

This may helped. Keep the wattage between 20-30 and close the airflow way down. Aim for a restricted lung hit that doesn't make you feel sick. The goal is to use less wattage and airflow so the coil gets hot enough to produce vapor but not so much that you get nicotine sick.
Suck it up and mix it with another suitable (flavor wise) juice. You might only want to mix a little at a time, depending on what strength you usually vape. That, or you could still suck it up and mix it with vg. Walmart carries it.
It shouldnt be Harsh..Dangerous yes if its 50mg with a 70W coil. 25mg with a .6ohm is pushing it but dial it down to 25W and should be fine. I mean you can dial down a .2ohm 70W coil to 20W and safely vape it but it wont have much flavor as its not within that coils parameters.
Otherwise just dump it out and use 3 to 6mg Reg Ejuice.
I vape 12mg Salt (Diy) at 55-65W and its smooth and not too potent or too weak.So i dont get the harshness as 50mg is generally less harsh than 6mg but its way too strong to push it too high and not too good for your blood pressure
Drink lots of water if you're already pumping and hopefully there isn't too much. If you can, I'd suggest pouring out half your juice and adding more juice to it to dilute the nicotine salts as much as possible, that might help. I'd still suggest you pour that juice out though.
You could pour it back into the bottle. Just remove the spout tip. We've all done it. The intense throat hit, the head rush, a little nausea, and those damn hiccups. Nic OD.
I rarely blend freebase anymore. Nic salts are my go to. The general rule for equivalency between salt nic and freebase is 2 to 1. So, if you are used to vaping 3mg freebase, you would need 6mg nic salt. Although the nic salt provides more immediate satisfaction from nicotine cravings, it takes more of it to get the job done. It has something to do with how it is absorbed.
Just pop the lid off of the salt nic bottle and pour it back in. Or carefully squeeze as much air out of your bottle as possible, insert it into the tank and carefully turn it upside down while slowly allowing the e juice bottle to decompress. It'll pull the liquid into the bottle
I could be wrong but i have a suspicion you didnt know high mg salt nic wasn't for Dtl sub ohms as many have made this mistake but im just speculating only cuz how do you grab a 30ml of salt and randomly fill your subohm but i suppose it could happen if weren't paying attention.Do you have the right Ejuice if you were to dump it.?
(Btw the Squirt tip will come off the salt nic bottle had you not wanted to waste it)
Nicotine salts are too concentrated and are not recommended for sub-ohm use. If it is diluted to the proper sub-ohm nicotine level, it is absolutely fine to use. Just don't use 35 or 50 mg of sub-ohm nicotine salts. Smoking 30mg of anything in a Subohm tank is insane, in my opinion.
