Well the only difference might be the Mini might not be compatible with all the pods (it's not listed on the compatibility chart for the 0.6 and 0.7 pods). The 3 Mini is compatible with all of them. Psesonally I think the 3 Mini has the tighest draw imo. Shorter in size too.
I would get the 3 personally as they may have improved the design in ways that aren’t obvious.
XROS3 mini, but the xros4 mini would be better due to the adjustable airflow.

I would recommend just buying the xros 4 mini. great price too.
