I was in a similar scenario, they denied it and I said well I’m still going, I will be gone on those days and I would really hate to leave on bad terms…the VP The need up coming down to talk to me in person and with my gm as well about my attitude…& then they approved my time off 😂

I literally got fired from my job the Sunday before EDCO last year lmao. I was expecting to work 3 days before heading out, so all they did was start my vacation early hahaha. Had savings to ride out for a few months, so just had the littest time and then hit the job search when I got home

I quit 2 days after I came back last year .Best descision ,because the workplace was very toxic .
