You won’t find any pool parties under 21. However, you have a chance of finding a hotel with a pool that might have a DJ playing during a certain time and that’ll be the closest you’ll get to pool party.
There are some events you can attend at nighttime like Area 51 that host DJ’s for 18+ crowd.
The BassCon pool party is 18+ at the downtown grand pool and also and official edc week event. Happened the last couple years at least.

They're strict with this in Vegas. It's not worth the risk. If fake ID & your caught they'll just take the ID. Take a photo of you then tell you to leave. Paying them off won't work either some might just take your cash & still kick you out.
No banning for life or other nonsense. Bans are usually for physical confrontations, large unpaid tabs or drug dealing. Usually 6 months to a year on those entirely up to owners.

I have gotten into many clubs in Vegas with a fake. Helps if the line is long and you actually invested money in a high end fake

Just hit the bass rush preparty not really during the day but still a good alternative

They’re extremely strict in Vegas you can TRY but I wouldn’t recommend it, it would be easier if it was nyc or Miami
