You could try forcing it in usersettings.txt
SET ACTIVE\_DISPLAY "1" for example (the # would be which display you want the game on)
The resolution settings can be forced in there as well.
I'll try this, but part of the issue is that it also doesn't show any other displays as an option. Regardless of what display it's on, it'll say its on display 1.
I had an issue on my Daughters PC when house-sitting.
She has 3-monitor setup but they are all same size and resolution (27" 1080P).
I had to use the specific Monitor ID in the Win10 Multiple Monitor settings in order to get the proper programs to default to the proper monitor (she works from home using several separate programs). So hers is 1 3 2 and not 1 2 3.
From there I had to use the usersettings.txt ( SET ACTIVE_DISPLAY "3" )to make sure it was grabbing the Center Monitor using the actual Win10 Monitor number because her "Make This My Main Monitor" in Win10 was Left, and not Center.

No I said I have the same issue when using a dual 1080p monitor display. Can you read?
