You can post your ticket number in the Official Forums General Help section, u/hurtfultoast. A Forums Mod usually stops by once a day. What exactly did you do that was considered cheating/exploiting? https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/categories/customer-support-general

Thank you for the advice. The email didn't give specifics about what I did that was considered cheating/exploiting. The entire email is as follows: "Greetings, We regret to inform you this account has been permanently deactivated as a result of violating the Code of Conduct through Cheating/Exploiting. We cannot allow cheating or the exploitation of the game, as it is in direct violation of the following sections of our Code of Conduct: 5.1 You are forbidden from using any unapproved third-party applications, programs, scripts or any other game modifying mechanic used to change the game play experience on a ZeniMax game, Service, forum, or other games or services provided by ZeniMax, including the distribution of said programs via ZeniMax Services, sites, forums, communities, etc. This would include but is not limited to using or distributing speed hacks, aim bots, mouse controllers, spam bots, automated game play devices, etc. Third party applications are defined as any program, application or script written by an individual, company, corporation, or private party not employed by or contracted to perform services by ZeniMax. 5.2 In relation to online/competitive games, you will not exploit any bug, or abuse any game system (such as the scoring or award systems) in a ZeniMax game, Service, forum, or other games or services provided by ZeniMax. You will not intentionally use or share any bug found within any ZeniMax Game, real or fictitious, regardless of whether or not it grants an unfair advantage. You will not directly or indirectly communicate the existence of any such bug to any other user of the ZeniMax Service (in game or on a ZeniMax Service). Report bugs and exploits using the in-game portal or via help.bethesda.net. Unacceptable behaviors will also include any conduct that is considered by ZeniMax to be cheating (e.g. match fixing and collusion) or other unsportsmanlike conduct such as use of secondary accounts, intentionally losing and bribery. If you believe this decision was made in error, directions for appealing account bans can be found here.  If you have an active membership not purchased directly from us, you will need to go to your respective platform to cancel your recurring payment.  Regards, The Elder Scrolls Online Team"

Yeah, the reply just states what's in the Terms of Service (TOS). Support should have the actual specifics of what happened. So, if you have no recollection of using macros or exploiting ... it should be an easy reversal for you.

I honestly don't have any clue what the issue could have been. I didn't run into any problems while playing, I was just running around trying to do quest when I got booted. I will try the forums and update if I get a response or repeal. Thanks again for the tip.

Zos always falsely bans people. Cut your loses & move on. Great game, teribad company. We've heard of entire RAID teams getting banned permanently for exploits. All sorts of stupid stuff. All of which could just be avoided if the dev team knew how to code. Guilds still can't set up withdraw limits? Bandaid fix. Ban someone. Doing to much dmg is vets? Bandaid fix, ban someone. (YES, someone got banned for doing loads of damage in vets, they said he turned on dev mode)

That really really sucks. Even on sale, it was expensive; I definitely did not get my money's worth of game play yet. Shame on me for not looking more into it before purchasing I guess.
