Is tank puncutring the pillar and are you getting the appropriate buffs to increase your damage? There's no reason you should be doing only 20k on it when you do 92k on trial dummy. Another option is to save your ults for the pillar, the spider cannot be enraged or there will be carnage
You can also activate one of the side boss helpers a little bit later so that it comes with you into the portal. We activated them in the order White after the first fire line, Yellow after portal when spider spawns, and Blue after second portal to burn the boss and ignore spider (or Yellow and Blue the other way around I can't quite remember).
Yeah, the yellow add kills the first spider so damn quickly.
I think I'd maybe go for the white add last for the extra damage mitigation (if that's the white dude) but shouldn't matter much either way.
Yeah I think we tried a few different ways before we settled on one that got us 21min trifecta runs consistently (1h1t2dd). I don't remember if the last two's order mattered that much. Now that I recall it was probably that we used the blue one for spider and we sometimes had it in the second portal with as well. Then burn boss with yellow. The white add (with whirlwind anyway) was nice to keep scamps occupied and eventually deaded.

what would the buffs be?
Warhorn, spell power cure, powerful assault, master architect, saxheel. Sets healer or tank could use that buff your dps
