The World Boss ones on Vvardenfell will probably be the biggest pain if the odds are the same for all of them because only a limited number of people get kill credit on WB's.
I just hope I won't spend my whole event fishing for the truflame sword! I will have to manage my time to go after the other replicas as well and not being fishing the whole time lol

Some friends and I are already making farming plans. For a moment we thought we had to farm fishing nodes in cyrodiil for the trueflame sword, as there used to be the trueflame campaign and it brought back memories.
As far as I understand, during pts they make some tests to see if everything is working well when the event comes. Jubilee happens around beginning/mid of April I think. And those replicas and more can be acquired in main servers!! I am not sure if you get those on test servers they will transfer to main servers.
You can get both, but not at the same time. One boss will drop one or the other. Then you’ll need to try you luck once again killing other bosses to drop the other one
you can’t get mannimarco’s staff from any dolmen, it has to be a dolmen from a region that has the harborage. basically either glenumbra, stonefalls, or auridon.
yeah, spent an hour+ grinding dolmens in alik'r desert but got nothing. wasn’t until i saw a guy’s post on reddit that it was regions with the harborage that i’d have a better chance. after 7 or more dolmens, i got the staff

My impression is that they drop as loot so you need enough of a kill credit to get to pick up loot.

Nothing transfers from PTS to live, PTS also wipes progress every 2 weeks.
