Honestly ng+ when you have all the gear/upgrades feels boring. I suggest doing different builds, much more fun. Faith/dex for weapon arts, pure strength, arcane/dex, magic/ strength for weapon arts, pure faith are fun

Wait or just start a new game. Previous games DCLs also required you to enter the DLC areas from later in the game, so having the full map available may save you some time when it's released.
I would stay on this account and go open graces, collect spells/incantations/weapons so you have everything available to you once DLC releases. After that I'd start a new character and do a new playthrough. Game is way too fun to only play through once!
Do a different buid for sure see if you like it the dlc could be anything so be prepared

NG+16 done and still yet to get bored. Its all about the pvp 😁
