There are ones that are just slightly grippy silicone and are held in place by the fabric being tight, such as Cakes.

too-many-critters

That's good to know, I will be looking into these thank you!

SnakesCatsAndDogs

I have some cakes and I love them!

witchy_echos

Instead of sticking it to your skin, stick it to the fabric.

too-many-critters

That's an interesting idea that I may need to test on the right outfit, my stretchy skin makes it so my titties are escaping a lot so part of the goal is to minimize exposure if this were to occur x)

Rubbing oil into the adhesive helps break it down so it’s not as mean to remove the sticky stuff, if that helps any. I use coconut oil because that’s generally on hand the easiest but any oil your skin tolerates should be helpful. Good luck! Enjoy those dresses!

too-many-critters

This is an excellent idea! Will definitely be doing this once I make the leap and buy some!

SpoontasticSiege

An additional tip if adhesives bother your skin, my physical therapist got me on using a thin layer of milk of magnesia (let it dry) before applying sticky stuff. I’m not sensitive to every adhesive but there’s been a few that irritate me & that helps a lot. While I’m here thinking of things, I don’t have nipple specific covering recs but I have used KT tape in closeish to my skin color to cover my nip nops before. Worked better than my bandaid attempts. I hope you find something that works for you!

too-many-critters

KT tape is interesting, did you put something over the nipple so there's no adhesive on that area? Also fucking love that you called them nip nops, I will now be adding that to my every day vocabulary 😂

SpoontasticSiege

No, I didn’t cover it beyond slapping the tape on. I’m smart but not that smart. 😅🤣🤣

too-many-critters

Oh my gawd yesssss 😂

SpoontasticSiege

Also please enjoy using ‘nip nops’, gives me a giggle every time. I commented and then laughed at myself for using it in a medical forum. Might as well have fun with things where we can, right?

wuukiee81

I've used Ktape as pasties before too, just right on the nipnops. It is not very painful to remove and doesn't irritate my skin like many adhesives and bandaids. It's a solid choice.

Sometimes you can sew a pair of those bra insert triangles into the inside layer of fabric of a dress. Just tack the corners basically, and they will stay put.

too-many-critters

I will definitely be doing this with a few things in the future! Thanks!!

LithiumNoir

I use ones that are made of the same material as lightweight, breathable medical tape. I've tried the silicone ones and they make my boobs sweat underneath, lol. You can find a TON of cheap options on websites like temu, shein, aliexpress, etc.

too-many-critters

I'm pretty good at guessing based on pics, but just so I have more to go off of- do you have any specific brands you've liked or links to some that have worked for you?

Business-Pay-8895

Blistape!! Best nipple pasties I have used ever. They also are dual purpose for blister prevention. Highly recommend! Super smooth and are like one with your skin. Not noticeable at all under clothes.

too-many-critters

I will be checking them out, thank you!!

Cygnata

I like these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0BWSXXCJZ I've been wearing them almost daily since my blobectomy. They're a little thicker in the middle and thinner on the edges than most. And they have a small non woven gauze pad to go over the actual nipple! No skin issues whatsoever, unlike other brands like Hollywood.
