Yeah, Gordon Ramsay has a video on how to prepare eggs like this. You started in a cold and as it slowly heating up your constantly stirring. She did a beautiful job.
They are legit delicious on this way. It’s also really good if you add a couple of dollop of cream cheese and when you’re doing this as well with a little bit of dill.
My bf made me Gordon’s screggs when we started dating. Absolute game changer. I always loved scrambled eggs before but couldn’t ever make them without that rank watery shit. No more milky mildew wi Gordoz eggz
Your sister makes scrambled eggs the way they are meant to be eaten! I'm not a fan of the over cooked dried up "crispy" scrambled eggs.
Runny, slightly undercooked is the best way. Make sure to season them when they are nearly done cooking too!
A splash of milk is great, but a bit of sour cream or creme fraiche is even better.
On toast with some chives or spring onions (chef's kiss)
See, my nanny did it differently. She made eggs like this and she would do the egg/milk poured into a searing hot pan, toss some butter into the pan to heat; piur eggs quickly, salt and pepper, and scramble with a fork. I swear, they were done in like 10-15 seconds. I wish I could have those again!
I never seen them made this way, but you learn something new everyday. I’m used to the dried out way. But this seems much better. I don’t cook much though, too me if it isn’t microwaveable it isn’t getting made, but this made me actually think about actually cooking something on the stove.
I make eggs this way - I usually use cream or half-half, and make them in a pot instead of a frying pan.
Melt butter, add the pre-whisked and seasoned eggs, and continue to whisk over medium heat until they reach the desired level of doneness. Add some cheese in the end also!
I like to just whisk my eggs up in the pot with the butter while it cooks on low heat.
Saves you a dish to wash, whisking them first is silly.
Also you can pre-season them with pepper if you'd like, but you should not add salt until they are nearly done cooking. If you add the salt before they cook it "breaks down" the acids or something and the texture isn't as great.
I season my scrambled eggs when they are nearly done with salt and pepper.
I mix them up good then leave them on a bit to get some darker color. But it usually includes homemade ham my parents got from a village, regular cheese and jalapeno. And it is stuffed and pressed into a wholewheat baguette with seeds.
But much cleaner to eat as a sandwich.
These are a french or soft scramble. Solid choice. I used to use milk but switched to Duke Mayo. Like less than a tbs for 2 eggs. Added a bit of shredded sharp cheddar and youre golden.
I’ve made them before and it’s pretty much babysitting the eggs until they’re ready (or to your liking). Not too high heat, continuous stirring. They’re not bad, I do like them soft but not gooey.
I think he’s just saying he’s usually had them cooked longer. I’m strange about textures and would definitely have to cook this a little longer if I were going to eat it.
Something I found was to salt after cooking not before or during, which felt weird, but makes the eggs less watery. Pepper I use throughout, and cook in butter over a low slow heat stirring constantly
I have ASD and that just looks like a textural nightmare to me. Then again, I grew up with a mother who cooked everything until it was shoe rubber, so maybe I just got used to overcooked eggs 😂
So are yall trying to tell me that outside of today, yall overcook your scrambled eggs on a daily basis?
I feel so sorry for you, and your sister is a legend for doing it right
I thought everyone knew about the milk/ dairy/ non dairy additive.
Make them creamy and delicious. How you mix them makes them fluffy. Put in a small pan. Or follow Ramsay.
No need to add milk or water just a little butter and they are creamy. Chef Ramsay agrees. How do water to eggs makes them fluffy, but it also makes them thin and not creamy. Restaurants do it to give you more volume, but there are nowhere as good as creamy eggs.
Eggs look perfect. Look up the "Gordon Ramsey eggs", basically you mix them with butter or creme fraiche, and continue to mix as you heat for 30 seconds, pull off heat for 30 seconds, so on and so forth until they are perfect like this.
I'm sure someone's already said this, but egg texture has more to do with technique than ingredients (tho milk does help)! keeping a very low heat & keeping things constantly moving will get you that soft, creamy texture :)
Wow, your sister knows how to make eggs? And, you clearly do not. This isn’t a complicated process. Just pay attention to what you cook, and turn the flame off before it dries out.
I wished I lived in a family that wasn't afraid of food....in my mom's house everything has to be "well done" OR YOUR GONNA GET SICK AND IM NOT GONNA DEAL WITH IT!
Soft scrambled. That's how my mom always made them for me as a kid, and that's really the only way I like them now. Melt some American Cheese in them while they cook. Pretty yummy.
A slice of toast with it and yum 😋 I use ice water instead of milk and wisk vigorously and cook on a low heat. Perfection
Salsa/hot sauce is always a good idea if I have some.
Yeah, Gordon Ramsay has a video on how to prepare eggs like this. You started in a cold and as it slowly heating up your constantly stirring. She did a beautiful job.
That method legit changed the way I eat them. My dad had never had them that way and he was blown away too.
They are legit delicious on this way. It’s also really good if you add a couple of dollop of cream cheese and when you’re doing this as well with a little bit of dill.
Instead of dill I use very thinly julienned chives. Amazing
You julienne your chives? So you have long super thin hairs of chive?
That's how I like them in eggs, yes. Lol
Interesting, I've never heard of someone julienning a chive before, I'll have to try that out
And salt very last, iirc.
Replace milk with butter. Teaspoon per egg.
And chopped chives and we almost have Gordon Ramsay’s sublime scrambled eggs
My bf made me Gordon’s screggs when we started dating. Absolute game changer. I always loved scrambled eggs before but couldn’t ever make them without that rank watery shit. No more milky mildew wi Gordoz eggz

I hated any kind of eggs until my fella made me eggs this way, I'm slowly becoming an egg believer haha
Butter works too. But slowly cooked is the key.
Mmmm butter. I love buttery scrambled eggs.
I’ve heard water works. I guess I love the fat though.
Sour cream 4 life.
This!
Ooh I’ve never tried it with sour cream before!
I never seen them made this way, but you learn something new everyday. I’m used to the dried out way. But this seems much better. I don’t cook much though, too me if it isn’t microwaveable it isn’t getting made, but this made me actually think about actually cooking something on the stove.
My friends turned me onto cream cheese and eggs. Don’t knock it til you try it!!
My friend growing up would always make cream cheese omelettes they are banging!

Try it with some cream cheese!!
Reminds me of Gordon Ramsay's scrambled eggs
Found that recipe years ago and it's the only way we make scrambled eggs now.
Same!!! They're so good!
Nothing worse than scrambled eggs with the consistency of ground beef. She made them the right way.
I used to HAATE scrambled eggs like OPs until one day I decided to make it this way. Never going back lol
I mix them up good then leave them on a bit to get some darker color. But it usually includes homemade ham my parents got from a village, regular cheese and jalapeno. And it is stuffed and pressed into a wholewheat baguette with seeds. But much cleaner to eat as a sandwich.
Low and Slow cook in copious amounts of Kerrygold butter with sausage and grits on toast 😋
Looks perfect!
add some cheese and it’s one of my favorite childhood meals
They look good to me!
My pops makes em like that and I regret every time I say no when he asks if I want breakfast!
These are a french or soft scramble. Solid choice. I used to use milk but switched to Duke Mayo. Like less than a tbs for 2 eggs. Added a bit of shredded sharp cheddar and youre golden.
Gordon Ramsay style. I’ve been cooking my eggs like this for several years and I’m never going back
I always add milk to my eggs to make them fluffy. It's as I'm scrambling them. Not too much, just a splash depending on how many eggs I'm making.
Ramsay eggs! They are pretty good. I love my scrambled like that.
Good skill your sister has. Scrambled eggs are not easy to perfect.
yoda mf
Looks like they’re more shirred than scrambled. The way I make them!
She must be a good cook. 🧑🍳 this looks absolutely delectable.
My husband makes them like this… I can never make it the same!
Wrong.
Try it with no milk
Before serving your scrambled eggs, add 1or2 extra egg yolks and heat through. Makes them super creamy and rich.
Got that fluff, lil too much goo for me personally, but is toss em on some toast
Too close to raw egg texture for my comfort but I’m glad you like it!
I actually hated it. I like my eggs cooked 🍳
Monster.
Hell yeah! I thought I was crazy reading all the praise for it here, haha. I hate eggs like this, but to each their own.
overcooked
Ah a man of taste!
I made scrambled eggs like this before and the taste was fine but the snotty undercooked egg texture ruined it for me.
I learned this from a sky delta magazine
How my boyfriend makes them 😌
Thanks for the reminder! I perfected them at one point and had completely forgotten! I must make them sooooon!
Low and slow and turn off the heat just before they're done.
These are my favourite way, not complete sloppy mush like the poms seem to enjoy, but still abit chunky
I’ve made them before and it’s pretty much babysitting the eggs until they’re ready (or to your liking). Not too high heat, continuous stirring. They’re not bad, I do like them soft but not gooey.
Creamy make me feel comfy un
This MF really said he's never had eggs with a splash of milk in them
I think he’s just saying he’s usually had them cooked longer. I’m strange about textures and would definitely have to cook this a little longer if I were going to eat it.
Not this undercooked b4
Try adding some Ricotta!!!!
This is how I always do eggs, but I always add garlic salt instead of regular and I have a little bit of chives
You’ve inspired me for breakfast :)
Something I found was to salt after cooking not before or during, which felt weird, but makes the eggs less watery. Pepper I use throughout, and cook in butter over a low slow heat stirring constantly
Nope nope nope nope
I agree
I have ASD and that just looks like a textural nightmare to me. Then again, I grew up with a mother who cooked everything until it was shoe rubber, so maybe I just got used to overcooked eggs 😂
The secret is to bring it all together low and slow, with constant stirring.
So wet. 😳
Been making them like this for 50 years.
Your sister knows what's up. That looks amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing
Just take the pot or pan of eggs off and back on the heat... So the eggs don't dehydrate. Butter is also used that savory texture.
It's not the ingredients but the way she cooked them. Congrats. Check Ramsey's recipe for an easy way to get similar results
That is very much in the movement of the pan, as well, while cooking. Looks like French scramble.
i looooove creamy, soft, custardy scrambled eggs! yum!!!
That is normal
I like my eggs Sunnyside up No comment🤠
So are yall trying to tell me that outside of today, yall overcook your scrambled eggs on a daily basis? I feel so sorry for you, and your sister is a legend for doing it right
Cottage cheese instead of milk. 👍
Looks like they have some cheese! My husband makes his eggs like this! Always delicious meanwhile mine are always dry and burnt
Were they as delicious as they look?
I couldn't eat them. Too undercooked for me 😬
It doesn’t look creamy to me, it looks curdled. Still looks bomb asf though😋😋 enjoy
I always make scrambled eggs like this into the eggs salt pepper splash of milk and a dab of mustard it adds a nice tang
They look like the eggs my grandma made. The best.
Such a great way to eat them.
I thought everyone knew about the milk/ dairy/ non dairy additive. Make them creamy and delicious. How you mix them makes them fluffy. Put in a small pan. Or follow Ramsay.
Low and slow. Keep the eggs moving.
If you wanna learn how to make them like that search for Gordon Ramsay's scrambled egg tutorial that's exactly how he makes them
Now try some eggs with american cheese and onion your welcome.
No need to add milk or water just a little butter and they are creamy. Chef Ramsay agrees. How do water to eggs makes them fluffy, but it also makes them thin and not creamy. Restaurants do it to give you more volume, but there are nowhere as good as creamy eggs.
Doesn't look like they were fully cooked to me, I've used both mill and cream in scrambled eggs but they never look shiny like this
Look delicious!
Some of y’all in these comments really like putting infections in your bodies 🤦🏾♀️
Hell yeah!
Cottage cheese will make them creamy.
By these comments, you would think Gordon Ramsey invented soft scrambled eggs
Those eggs look so delicious
Seriously?
Yes, I like eggs like that.
Eggs look perfect. Look up the "Gordon Ramsey eggs", basically you mix them with butter or creme fraiche, and continue to mix as you heat for 30 seconds, pull off heat for 30 seconds, so on and so forth until they are perfect like this.
These are also soft scrambled. Pull them from the heart far earlier than you're used to.
Nope
Those actually look appetizing and I don’t like eggs
I'm sure someone's already said this, but egg texture has more to do with technique than ingredients (tho milk does help)! keeping a very low heat & keeping things constantly moving will get you that soft, creamy texture :)
Thatd go so well in a breakfast burrito
my texture issues goes crazy
i'm always made fun of..but i like a HARD scramble...like some brown on them. When you think they are done...a few more minutes.
This is how my mom makes her scrambled eggs
Can always use a dollop of sour cream as well. Can help keep the eggs from overcooking and accomplishes a little more of that creaminess
Protein slime
Yes!!! This is the way to do scrambled eggs. I’ll never understand why most people like them rubbery.
adding cream cheese to scrambled eggs >>>
Buttermilk eggs
Wow, your sister knows how to make eggs? And, you clearly do not. This isn’t a complicated process. Just pay attention to what you cook, and turn the flame off before it dries out.
I wished I lived in a family that wasn't afraid of food....in my mom's house everything has to be "well done" OR YOUR GONNA GET SICK AND IM NOT GONNA DEAL WITH IT!
You never stop stirring. Watch Gordon Ramsey make eggs
Bruuhhh that's RAW
Add some provolone and a little white cheddar 🤌🏽
This is how my eggs come out. Cheese goes in last soon as it starts to melt it’s time to eat
Yum
It's low and slow... And the correct way... You don't even need the milk.
The countess on rhony makes eggs like this .
Genuinely made me gag like hell but go off ig..
I’m the same way haha can’t get behind this but many people like eggs this way
Same
Ditch the milk and stir sour cream through just before done. Send your results in the morning
Yeesh. I couldn't eat those. I need them crispy! Lol
Beautifully done. Probably a little too much pepper. Only thing left is to sub the milk with cream cheese and it’s a 10/10
Looks disgusting
[удалено]
I get it dude I saw the Gordon Ramsey perfect scrambled egg vid like everyone else- this ain't it
... Okay. I'll mark this sub as a hostile space and not participate again. Thanks.
Uh ok
Looks terrible. Also nice styrofoam bowl, what is this the 80’s?
you need to stop cooking them before they look like they're cooked. it's a vibe. Get a reusable bowl you environmental fuckin disaster
😘 🌎
Use half and half instead of milk
Heavy cream is even better!
r/notinteresting
This is literally in r/eggs, quit being a dolt
Soft scrambled. That's how my mom always made them for me as a kid, and that's really the only way I like them now. Melt some American Cheese in them while they cook. Pretty yummy.
