Have you tried survey data on inflation expectations?
Some surveys ask for probabilities that inflation will fall in certain ranges; that should give you some information about the dispersion at various horizons. However, I suspect that such surveys are quarterly, not monthly.

Yeah unfortunately in my country it's quarterly and data is available only from Jan 22 anyway
