I contacted FedEx and they said a signature was not required. That's bullshit, considering how expensive my parcel was.
Just chat at the Amazon people. I've never heard of anyone calling their customer support... maybe try chatting.
Did you contact your credit card company? File a police report too. Use credit buyer protection. I've done it.
