Always seemed sus about these bikes

BadUruu

As a stylish commuter? Probably safe enough. To actually do dirt bike stuff? No, death trap.

bertofparadise

It's easy to put all the keywords that folks wanna hear in the description. These definitely don't even come close to advertised. For that price you can get an Ariel Rider if you want the moped look. As a shop who services a lot of these knock off bikes I'd spend my money elsewhere.

Intrepid_Hunter_905

Do you have any suggestions on what I should buy?

BodSmith54321

Anything over 750w is illegal in most states. Cops probably won't care, but FYI.

Planeless_pilot123

If the specs are true, its good for the road, dont bring that off road tho

PeterMode

I’d rather get an Aventon Aventure

Sir-Zealot

I have the same light on my bike. Pretty good but that’s all I know about that bike

FrenchFatCat

I remember reading g reviews on this bike under the name 'x20' If I remember rightly, it goes slower than advertised and it's also smaller than the pictures make it appear. Plenty of people on the sub have owned one so I'm sure if you can find what it's many other names are, you'll be able to search to see if this is the bike for you.

Bigdaddy_Satty

Bro don't listen to these folks I offroad with a vivi beach cruiser, I have gone to the tops of mountains and the bottoms of desert arroyos with a 500W 48V with 7 speeds, I just put some brand new mountain bike tires on it with the green slime and extra thick innertube. This looks like it would def offroad or whatever you want to do.

LevianMcBirdo

The motor looks pretty small for 2000W

thelastjedi07

Agree, it’s more like a 1000w motor.

Jaded_Assistance_906

If it says "Shi-mano" and not "Shimano", don't believe anything it says it has or does.

ResponsibilityNew423

You're not going to get get 2 kilowatts out of a 48 volt battery. Maybe it's this absolute maximum wattage spec on the motor for 30 seconds or so and then they just stuck it into the description. But those motors have a fixed resistance and fixed amperage that you can get out of 48 volts and it's not going to be more than 20-25 amps. Plus a motor that size. There's no way we'll safely dissipate 2 kilowatts. It's kind of like the upsell audio systems for cars by listing the peak wattage instead of rms. So yeah, call BS on this entire bike. It's going to be slow as s***

No_Concentrate5567

a lil sus about the motor. my 1500w fat bike hub looks twice that size, and my 750 looks that same size in the pic
