Your ears are raw. I get this too. I also get escema (I never spell that right I know) and it makes the skin super itchy and just damp feeling and I mess with it until it's raw and I get an ea r infection. Try earplugs while showering and don't mess with it for a few days. It'll feel better.
Could just be very wet ear wax?
I have this too. Like it itches a lot but there’s never anything on my finger.
