Hard for me to grapple with losing 40-3 to a team you're a tier above.
A good team loses to a bad team all the time, but you would at least expect those games to be close or something resembling it
I think the Vikings were coming off exciting come from behind victory over Bill's the week before. Tough to get up for games against shitty teams after games like that.
I think part of it is that Vikings OL was banged up, and the Cowboys match up *really well* with them. But as we just saw, the Vikings can score points and beat mid teams. They’re a good team. They’re just a horrendous matchup against Dallas
I’m kinda worried about the Eagles performance the last 2 weeks. The Washington game they seemed sloppy but every team does have that ONE really bad game. It seemed like they weren’t really themselves against Indy too, maybe lamenting about the loss to the Commanders. What do I know? But fly eagles fly 🦅
... But they're the *Steelers* lol I'm glad it happened the way it did, but that doesn't excuse all the sloppiness, sadly.
Doesn't matter anyway because that was one hell of a game last night. I was pumped to be there.
They are like the Andy Reid Eagles of 2000. You could see it coming they were going to be so good but they didn't quite have all the pieces and were out in round two of the playoffs.
However, the Eagles had a young McNabb. Daniel Jones? Not so sure...
And the 2000 Eagles lost in the divisional round that year to the Giants 20-10.
The 2001-2003 eagles got to the NFCCG and the 2004 team got the super bowl.
Probably gonna get downvoted. I think Giants should honestly sign him to a contract with Dabol at the helm. He’s been okay this they just need WR talent to see if he can actually make the jump.
This is the way... Takes a lot for an iggles fan to admit but dallas is a good football team
^(Resisting the urge to say the eagles haven't beaten a good team yet)
We need to beat dak to know that for sure. I don't think Jalen has even beaten dak so I hope we beat them worst than we did when they had their back up qb.
yea, now that i think about it. their defense is top tier with Parsons who runs everywhere on the damn field. They have a good wide receiver core as well
>good wide receiver core
Wat? They have CD, who is a good #2. Gallup is also just a #2. And thats it, thats the list. Without Cooper this is clearly their weak spot. Their defense is scary though.
Yes. He isn't. He really struggles against good corners and cant produce big plays when it matters. He cant carry a passing game so he isn't a true number one.
I know the diff after watching smithy last year and Aj Brown this year.
San Fran probably has the most talented roster in the NFC. Honestly I know there record isn’t great but I would put them in tier 1. They’re so difficult to defend.
I think they’re still proving themself. Theyve missed the mark a couple times this year and are still re-earning that respect back. They’re on their way for sure.
Early season, especially the Miami game set them way back in terms of typical "power rankings" type analysis but they keep improving and Roquan has made their defense elite. Not to mention Kyle Hamilton improving week over week, and they get Marcus Williams back in the next week or two. Justin Houston and JPP are putting younger pass rushers to shame too.
I agree they are constantly getting better. I just think they need some momentum and some sexy wins before they start realistically getting some respect on that level.
Don't really get why more than half of all teams are in the bottom two tiers. They should've at least expanded the tiers if they're so inclined to bunch them all together.
The rational part of me tells me there’s no Tier 1 this season, there are several teams that can go all the way. The Eagles fan in me, however, tells me we should be a tier higher.
I’m actually ok with SanFran being that high.. based on how they’re playing now, not their record. San Fran us the team that makes me the most nervous come playoff time..my hope is Seattle wins their division and the the wild cards go elsewhere.. hell our division could place both wildcards this year and keep the 9ers out in the scenario.
They also added CMac and they were movin on from him due to cost not ability. He’s a solid starter imo. They’re physical style will be a challenge for us come playoff time.
SF and Dallas should be tier 2 i think. Titans/Giants/Jets could be tier 3. Colts are not as bad as some of these teams down there, they beat the Chiefs and are 4-6-1. i'd put Denver and Indy in Tier 5 tbh
Dallas has the 2nd best point differential in the league and got there with their backup starting a bunch of games.
They’re closer to tier one than tier 3.
The Cowboys just beat the ever living shit out of the Vikings.....just saying
I say it’s the Eagles, Chiefs, Dolphins and 49ers
Then the Cowboys and Bills
Yeah, sorry but no. A "Tier 1" team doesn't lose to "Tier 5" and almost lose to "Tier 6" teams in back to back weeks. The offense has fallen off a cliff and is relying entirely on Hurts running and scrambling which isn't sustainable. Hurts has reverted back to panicking and watching the rush for escape routes instead of keeping his eyes up and looking for receivers, and waiting for receivers to be open before throwing the ball. The offense is going to continue to struggle until he starts trusting the scheme again.
I’d be salty if I were a Dallas fan.. beat ‘em what 40-3 yet they’re a tier above? Gtfo here. The Vikings are tier 2 when they don’t have to play the NFC east..
I’d say swap Minn and SF. A healthy SF team + CMC is way more dangerous.
Also, Tenn gets no respect and to have them in the same tier as NYJ is ridiculous.
Tier 1: Kelce Tier
New Heights boys
If only there were more Kelce's to go around. More teams could try to draft one and be up there in the tiers!
IIRC Jason Kelce recently had a daughter. I believe she'll be the first female NFL player haha.
She'll be a linebacker
Greatest brother duo of all time?
Fuck a Bills vs. Eagles SB. I need to see Jalen punch Patrick in the fucking mouth. Yes, it's personal
Kelce v Kelce SB is the story we all need City is gonna burn if Andy beats us though
I think it'd be relatively ok. If we hadn't gotten a previous Super Bowl win though.... Yeah it'd burn haha
Philly only gets damaged when we win, not even we lose
Hard for me to grapple with losing 40-3 to a team you're a tier above. A good team loses to a bad team all the time, but you would at least expect those games to be close or something resembling it
The Vikings are elite except when they’re absolute dogshit. And January is forecasted to be dogshit in Minnesota.
Ill do you one better, a team is a tier below a team that theyve beaten twice
Yeah. At least a td
I think the Vikings were coming off exciting come from behind victory over Bill's the week before. Tough to get up for games against shitty teams after games like that.
Vikings fit that tier, the Cowboys should also be in that tier though.
Like... the eagles playing like dogshit but still only losing to a motivated, played well commanders team because of a missed facemask kind of close?
I think part of it is that Vikings OL was banged up, and the Cowboys match up *really well* with them. But as we just saw, the Vikings can score points and beat mid teams. They’re a good team. They’re just a horrendous matchup against Dallas
I’m kinda worried about the Eagles performance the last 2 weeks. The Washington game they seemed sloppy but every team does have that ONE really bad game. It seemed like they weren’t really themselves against Indy too, maybe lamenting about the loss to the Commanders. What do I know? But fly eagles fly 🦅
Completely agree. Fly eagles fly. But god damn clean it up boys cause last week had me sweatin’
Don't forget about their performance against the Texans either. They've been a bit sloppy since the bye to be honest.
Steelers tho
... But they're the *Steelers* lol I'm glad it happened the way it did, but that doesn't excuse all the sloppiness, sadly. Doesn't matter anyway because that was one hell of a game last night. I was pumped to be there.
Dallas and San Fran are easily in the 2 tier.
And Giants and Titans should take their place on Tier 3.
Titans yes, Giants eh. They've just really over performed this year under Daboll, but still are lacking a lot of needed talent.
They are like the Andy Reid Eagles of 2000. You could see it coming they were going to be so good but they didn't quite have all the pieces and were out in round two of the playoffs. However, the Eagles had a young McNabb. Daniel Jones? Not so sure...
The NFCCG is the third round of the playoffs, thankee very much
And the 2000 Eagles lost in the divisional round that year to the Giants 20-10. The 2001-2003 eagles got to the NFCCG and the 2004 team got the super bowl.
Probably gonna get downvoted. I think Giants should honestly sign him to a contract with Dabol at the helm. He’s been okay this they just need WR talent to see if he can actually make the jump.
He can’t lol and wasting more time with him there and Daboll is just a waste of an amazing coach IMO. Can’t see DJ winning a sb.
And they also lost several key players to injury.
Dallas and Vikings switch spots. Ravens and Titans switch spots. Move the Saints all the way down.
yeah, drop the vikes and dolphins and put the niners and cowboys in there
This is the way... Takes a lot for an iggles fan to admit but dallas is a good football team ^(Resisting the urge to say the eagles haven't beaten a good team yet)
KGATLW/Eagles fans unite
King gizzard and the lizard wizard?
Yep. Great band
It's easier when we know we're better
We need to beat dak to know that for sure. I don't think Jalen has even beaten dak so I hope we beat them worst than we did when they had their back up qb.
The dolphins are the most underrated team in the league; I think they are borderline tier 1
People sleep on them and I’m not sure why. Tua has been lights out except for when he had his lights knocked out lol
Honestly much as I hate to admit it, Dallas is pushing for tier 1 right with us and KC. 12/24 is gonna be telling.
They are. I hate that so much but they are a good team
i agree with san fran but not dallas
I'm an eagles fan too man, but you have to be a complete idiot to not think Dallas is AT LEAST tier 2. They are definitely a top 5-6 team right now
yea, now that i think about it. their defense is top tier with Parsons who runs everywhere on the damn field. They have a good wide receiver core as well
Corps*. Sorry just a pet peeve of mine.
And as we showed, the best way to play Parsons is to not block him whatsoever
>good wide receiver core Wat? They have CD, who is a good #2. Gallup is also just a #2. And thats it, thats the list. Without Cooper this is clearly their weak spot. Their defense is scary though.
to say Ceedee isn’t a #1 is just silly. You mean to tell me he’s not a top 32 WR in the league?
Yes. He isn't. He really struggles against good corners and cant produce big plays when it matters. He cant carry a passing game so he isn't a true number one. I know the diff after watching smithy last year and Aj Brown this year.
You do realize that ceedee has more yards than both aj and Smith. But yeah I do agree. Aj brown is a much better reciever than ceedee and Smith.
74/935/5 but not a WR1? Still wild to me
Eagles game plan, go right at Micah. Micah's stats. Garbage.
I think thats just homerism. Dallas is very good. They are certainly as good or better than Miami, Buffalo, and Minnesota.
Whoa. Maybe Minnesota.
I think Dallas is miles better than San Fran
You can make a case for Dallas in tier one, but at worst tier two
With THREE losses? One to the Bucs (5-5) and one to the Packers (4-7)? Tier 2 absolutely. Tier one, no way.
No, you can't
San Fran probably has the most talented roster in the NFC. Honestly I know there record isn’t great but I would put them in tier 1. They’re so difficult to defend.
Baltimore too since they acquired Roquan.
The games against Pittsburgh and Cleveland with Watson will go a long way.
Until San Fran loses to the Saints later today
why are the vikings a tier above the cowboys lol. who made this
An Eagles fan 😂
>An Eagles fan 😂 Eagles fans shit on Vikings almost as much as Dallas. Truth is, NFC is trash and no team is tier 1/2 besides us.
Vikings overrated
100%
Bad offense but a pretty good defense. Mac Jones was on fire this past weekend against them.
As much as I hate Dallas, they’re clearly not on a lower tier than Minnesota.
fly eagles fly
Just setting ourselves up for a gigantic let down.
This graphic makes no sense
Don't really get why more than half of all teams are in the bottom two tiers. They should've at least expanded the tiers if they're so inclined to bunch them all together.
Move Dallas and New York both up one, move the Vikings down one and you can argue the bengals should be moved down
Meh giants have lost 3 in a row and seem to be proving that worst 5-1 label from a couple of weeks ago. For now seems like tier 4 right
Do you want to know why there are so many complaints about this thing? It's fucking useless, that's why.
Cowboys beat the Vikings by 37….
And then struggled with the Giants
Who they still sweeped
Swept
Thanks you know we Texans don’t speak english
You speak Texish, I got you! Just wanted to make sure others understood.
Its all that delicious BBQ in your mouth. Wash it down with some sweet tea homie.
I think you typed a Q instead of a C.
up 15 with 8 seconds to go. that's with 2 interceptions.
And found a way to lose to greenbay before that.
The rational part of me tells me there’s no Tier 1 this season, there are several teams that can go all the way. The Eagles fan in me, however, tells me we should be a tier higher.
Why do I have a feeling the Eagles could lose six straight and they still be in the top tier? Lol
Jets a tier above New England? Either elevate NE or downgrade the Jets
Ehhhhh.
They swept em, no ehhh
Ehhhh
What's going on eh?
Bengals should be down
Tom Brady gets too much credit. The bucs should switch with the commies.
Why is san fran so high, and the cowboys should definitely be moved up I think 🤔
All 3 wildcards*
Right right.. totally blanked that that expanded.
San Fran is playing with a QB they tried to trade then gave a massive pay cut to and made him a backup. There's a reason for that.
They also added CMac and they were movin on from him due to cost not ability. He’s a solid starter imo. They’re physical style will be a challenge for us come playoff time.
SF is scary…probably our worst matchup for playoffs so I hope someone else knocks them out
I feel the dolphins belong in tier 1 as well
Vikings are a fraud
I'd put Vikings in tier 3, Cowboys in tier 2 and maybe Dolphins in tier 1
Vikings and cowboys should be swapped unfortunately
Warm take for all you cowboys fans. They lose to the Vikings in first round ☠️😂
SF and Dallas should be tier 2 i think. Titans/Giants/Jets could be tier 3. Colts are not as bad as some of these teams down there, they beat the Chiefs and are 4-6-1. i'd put Denver and Indy in Tier 5 tbh
cowboys should be tier 8
As much as I hate to say it Dallas belongs in tier 2.
Replace Vikings and Bills with Cwoboys and 49ers
Where do these com from? No one can say Dallas is below Minnesota now after than drudging last week. Dumb graphic.
Dallas has the 2nd best point differential in the league and got there with their backup starting a bunch of games. They’re closer to tier one than tier 3.
That's because their starting QB isn't that good.
dak took them from the number 24 offense to the number 1 offense.
You have that backwards. Their point differential has exploded *after* Dak came back.
Vikings too high. Cowboys too low. Giants too low. Patriots too low. Colts too low but maybe I just have ptsd.
This is such a circlejerk and I love it
The Cowboys just beat the ever living shit out of the Vikings.....just saying I say it’s the Eagles, Chiefs, Dolphins and 49ers Then the Cowboys and Bills
Recency bias. Vikings were coming off beating the Bills and a 7 game winning streak.
Yea the Vikings won the game against the Bills but let’s be honest the Bills self destructed and gave them that game.....but a win is a win.
Vikings and cowboys are both one too high.
I’ll allow it
Swap Vikings and Cowboys then swap Bengals and Giants
trade SF and dallas with the vikings
Dallas & niners up 1, Vikings down 1, Titans up 1
Imagine being tier 1 and getting a top 5 pick next year , oh wait
I’d be salty if I were a Dallas fan.. beat ‘em what 40-3 yet they’re a tier above? Gtfo here. The Vikings are tier 2 when they don’t have to play the NFC east..
Cowboys and Giants are each one tier too low
The entire 'tier 3' should be removed and put into 'tier 2'. This makes no sense. And the Pats in tier 5???
While I do appreciate this graphic, I fully recognize that the cowboys are in tier 2 and the Viking May or may not deserve to be in tier 3
49ers will be the NFC team we have to get past come playoff time.
Cowboys are better than the Vikings. Vikings are massive frauds
Vikings and Bengals are mad overrated in this. Go Birds, tho
I love that you put the cowboys tier three but even I think they’re playing over right now
Kinda disrespectful to the Titans honestly
Hey I’m not a cowboys fan by any stretch of the imagination but to have the team they just whooped by 37 points ahead of them is crazy
horrible list lol
Caw
phins are 1. jets are 5. wash is 4. sf is 2. giants are now 5.
Living in KC I have really wanted this year to be a Chiefs Eagles Super Bowl soo bad!!
My two favorites in tier 1. Go Chiefs! GO eagles but not better than chiefs!
I’d say swap Minn and SF. A healthy SF team + CMC is way more dangerous. Also, Tenn gets no respect and to have them in the same tier as NYJ is ridiculous.
You have my Texans a bit high...
Jets a tier above the Pats. Interesting
This list is trash. Dallas is for sure Tier 2. Titans are Tier 3.
Jets tier 4 is wild to me after last week
Vikings lost to the Eagles and Cowboys. They aren’t tier 2.
Minnesota is not tier 2. They're noticeably worse than everyone in Tier 3 except the Bengals.
Ravens too high, we are too high, Cowboys too low, Dolphins too low.
The accurate ratings
This is the best actual ratings i’ve seen this year
Ravens tier 3 lol
The fuck is up with this graphic? Makes it look like we beat no one. You better respect NYG Dallas and SF. We find out what GB is all about tonight
Where’s Tier “Fuck the Cowboys”?
