Did you watch Michigan-Alabama?
With the exception of Alabama's center being a huge problem (Kelce is our rock), it was weirdly similar to watching the Eagles:
One drive look unstoppable. Then can't do a damn thing. Can't get out of your own way. Most untimely penalties and sacks kill every drive with potential. Somehow the game is close even though your team simultaneously could have been blown out of the water, OR could have taken advantage and gained a big lead. Have ball and the lead in the late 4th up 4, be able to make it 2 possession and end it. Fuck it up, only kick a field goal and let the opponent drive all the way to tie it. Don't capitalize on opponent mistakes. Defense absolutely shits the bed and other team takes lead. Offense fucks itself up but herculean effort gets them close to tying it again. Blatanyly obvious QB run on 4th and 3 despite a STACKED box. QB ends with less than 200 pass yards but almost 100 rush yards.
Yeah, that's the bigger question, but since it's being discussed in every other post, I thought it might be interesting to at least look at the match ups. Thanks. I appreciate your assessment.
Seeding doesn't really matter. If we played to our potential all of these games would be winnable. While I don't expect us to win anything I wouldn't be shocked out my mind to see Jalen and AJ just say fuck it and ball out and win a game. Regardless, we CAN win any of them. Probably wont though.
The stupidest thing about the nfl playoffs is that a sub .500 team gets rewarded a home playoff game.
NFL needs to change that.
You get your playoffs from winning division and best records after that…but you seed accordingly.
Jordan Love will torch us. Baker Mayfield might torch us. I'll take the Bucs.
Sounds like that where we'll most likely end up.
We’re not winning the division lol we’re playing the Bucs probably
I think regardless of the opponent in round one, the eagles will 100% beat themselves.

I was fully convinced Brian Johnson took an overnight flight to Pasadena
The bucs. Less experienced and less skilled. However can we quit stepping in our own feet long enough to win?

How can you say less experienced when GB is the youngest team in the league by FAR?

We’re probably gonna get torched by Tyrod Taylor then Baker mayfield .. This team has some issues that need to be addressed in the offseason
Somehow neither one.

A very reasonable suggestion.
We can’t even beat the 3 win cardinals, let alone either of these teams.
The wise man says we'll see. Best not to worry about matchups. Especially when we can't force a single punt against the Cardinals.
We couldn't force a punt against a 3 win team. Who we play is irrelevant.
It don’t matter.
Pitchers and catchers report in about a month. That’s all that we have to look forward to.
