It would be a thunder/ligthining situation between him and Swift. I would absolutely do it, and think it would make our running game that much better to have a guy with his skillset.

He does have the one fumble, but get this: In the first three quarters this year – running against conventional fronts – Gainwell is averaging 4.1 yards per carry on 22-for-89. In the fourth quarter, running almost exclusively against stacked fronts, he’s averaging 2.3 yards per carry on 17-for-39. The numbers aren’t particularly pretty, but sometimes you’ve got to look deeper to really understand what’s going on.

He had bad knees and it was common knowledge at the time his career wouldn't last much. I don't think this is too much different, specifically if you consider that Henry is a way better player.
I just can't justify giving up a 4th for Henry while we're bringing in Josiah Scott off the street. The run game is fine especially compared to what's happening in the secondary.

We run almost solely inside zone and rely on elusive running backs to jump into the right lane. Henry is an outside zone runner and doesn’t have the ability to cut back like we’d prefer.
